In my opinion, if Full Tilt was bought by Poker stars, then fair enough, it'd be true to say they bought a tarnished brand in the process, and were taking a big risk. If they had paid all the affiliates though, this would have benefited them two fold, firstly they would have got rid of a lot of bad press circulating concerning the brand, AND said affiliates would in turn be more inclined to work with them in future, thus building the brand back up to what it was before Black Friday. However, in some respects you may think, well we bought it, that's not our problem. I would opt for the former, personally, even if it's a case of paying the affs off in stages.
