    Default Getting rid of Rival?

Sorry for posting here after having "quit" but there is an interesting opportunity in the making which shouldn't be missed. Rival is being hit right now from the payment processing site and the affiliates at the same time. There is probably the possibility right now to get rid of this entire crap chain altogether by stopping to promote them for good. This is IMHO the best option since this company is run by people who somehow never managed to become a real gangster and are constantly trying to screw everyone via the casino route. There are no more than 1-3 rivals which could be considered a halfway sound casino and for sure not enough to justify the survival of the entire chain because the rest of them just scares off US customers which is very damaging in the long run. As a side effect a move like this would HEAVILY increase the reputation of affiliates in the industry thus stabilising the relationships. Any opinions would be welcome...

I think you have some valid points but some however I disagree with. I for one will continue to promote rival casinos much as I do now but am taking a bit of a different approach. I offer players to my sites about 20 different rivals to choose from but I only really push 1 or 2 that I really like and have seen convert. I know things look dim with rivals right now but every software has had their down side in the past 10 years.

Many Rtg casinos were total crooks but survived long enough to weed out the clowns making it bad for everybody else.

Play tech casinos over the past 5 years have been found to have awful affiliate programs like cpays and other and many re branded.

Top Game who came out last year was simply terrible but have made some great changes after getting feedback from the gambling community.

Microgaming was totally removed from the USA Market and we all thought they would not survive and many affiliates would not survive. but they did and we did.

That being said, yes Rivals are having a few issues right now but not enough to make me stop promoting them or limit their exposure on my sites.

Keep them on your sites people. Everything will be fine. Or direct them to my rival page, Ill be happy to take the new customers for you.

The point here is getting rid of one and improve the rest this way.

This is just a quick note that Regal Affiliates will not charge affiliates for progressive contributions past or future. All past deductions will be refunded.

Furthermore, we will NOT charge affiliates for MasterCard Processing losses. To see my full statement, please check the link below:

    Default Casinos are Wrong

To Palm off these costs to you as an affiliate is absolute #$%$#$@ if you agree to this then they will charge you for any issues they have in future and you'll never earn anything so what good would it be to promote them? Check other forums a lot of these groups have already been rouged

I got an email from First Gaming Partners today stating they would be spreading out the costs of the progressives across all affs.

That translates to me as being the bigger affs will have their losses cut because the force of the blow is being spread out across all affs.

I didn't see whether it said that included those currently not making money (puts you into the negative carry-over before you've ever landed a real player.

Kudos to VR for providing an option other than washing our hands completely of the Rival brand.

    ....

And also, FGP said that the cost of processors going down and freezing their money, would also be placed directly upon the aff's back in the way of negative carry-over (when appropriate).
Almost Here! How would you like to be able to get not just one sign up from your player, or even a couple, but every single casino they join from here on? I've a plan that can make that happen and it will likely also tell you every time the player is active within the casino.

One operator sent an email to us and it addressed the impact of losing the processors and even one month income can cause a program to fail.Based on this issue only we have SIGNIFICANTELY dropped rival coverage and are in the works to do more of that.A few have offered us CPA deals and we will stay with a few programs but definitely not to the level we have in the past.

What a very inappropriate post for an RTG affiliate manger:
