Gifts...?

When I was 14, I received a home-made wooly jumper from my aunty, where one sleeve was a full eight inches longer than the other. Also, it had what my mum referred to as a 'plunge' neck line. All I knew was that it was not the best look for a sixteen year old lad...

My brother was in fits of laughter when he saw my gift. He was bent double, with tears rolling down his cheeks, he was laughing so much. Mind you, his present wasn't much better - a few jars of aunty's home-made jam with a good thick layer of mould on the top of each one!

I ended up 'accidentally' losing the jumper at school, but I now wish I'd kept it...

Mate I am in fits of laughter just thinking about how funny you would have looked in the jumper..
Must have been some special aunty.. I think there are one of those in every family

I don't think it's old age mate, after all you're only as old as the woman you feel right?

The reason I started this thread was because people in the office make fun of me because I'm the only girl in the office that never seems to get gifts sent to me.. all the other girls get flowers and chocolates etc..

Edit: When I say make fun of me, I mean it's an office joke.. not that they tease me hurtfully about it..
