We're committed to keeping the GPWA safe from hackers. As part of that commitment the GPWA.org website is now being scanned daily for possible security exploits using McAffe HACKER SAFE technology.

The proactive vulnerability analysis and penetration testing performed daily on our site means that all accessible services hosted on our GPWA.org server are from from all vulnerabilities that can be scanned for, including web application vulnerabilities. The Internet worms and credit card thefts that make headlines in the news cannot be prevented by firewalls or SSL, but they are stopped in systems certified as HACKER SAFE.

On the bottom right corner of every page of the GPWA website you will see the HACKER SAFE seal displayed with the date the site was last tested for vulnerabilties.

I'm glad to hear that you are worried about the GPWA security. Recently I noticed that every time when I visited the GPWA my firewall blocked it due to Rst and Nuke attacks from the following IPs
160.81.156.210 -> 216.116.200.17
216.116.200.17 -> 216.116.200.17

Whois shows that 216.116.200.17 is gpwa.org.
