Has Google ever removed content of yours due to alleged copyright infringement?

So I have thousands of DMCA hits along with chippy, nonstopbonuses ext ... this is one description

Looking it shows 15 on a page, and 1000 pages of these, all different software, and Russians saying i copied their page. I assume someone has automated this process xxx::lumendatabase.org/notices/search?term=allfreechips.com&sort_by= I only got the one actual notice from google above, but i see my /no-deposit-casinos page has 0 google traffic for a month, and when i search siteysite it shows the fishing dude but then it said was removed for DMCA at the bottom? No indications on search console for this

Funny enough I just got one of these, it looks like a nergative SEO attack, they were using Softswiss as the brand making the complaint, I think it's ficticous as the page in genral has nothign Softswiss has on their site.. they also add all of the other competitors to the same complaint. Funnily it's not affecting those spammy 7 page websites which use canonical hacks to rank,.

The counter notice usually works, and the team is quick to respond (from my experience).

I was also dealing with a lot of DMCA notices on my network and discovered this official Google resource that not many people know about:
transparencyreport.google.com

It shows you exactly what actions Google took against your sites. This helps you to see what is actually harming your site.

I built a tool that detects and triggers a counter-notice. If anyone is interested, I have been working on it with 30+ sites and have had no problems so far.

What are you planning to do about these fake DMCA claims? Appealing every URL takes a lot of time, and we’re still waiting for Google’s response after 6 days. I think the most effective and fastest option would be a 301 redirect to the new URL.

Counter claim, 301 redirect takes just as long as an answer these days. Nothign indexes like it used to. Besides having a ton of DMCA complaints against your site can't be good in the long term.

Mine was restored withing 12 hours after i filed, but the issue is i did not notice the issue for over a week! I never got a contact on the removal or issue, and i have 100K plus complaints but google ignores most

If you don’t mind sharing, what did you write in the appeal?

I stated all content on the page is mine or under free use from partners I deal with.

What do you write in the "justification" field when filling out the form to restore a page?

I'll hold off on requesting the pages be restored. I'll wait two or three weeks to see if they come back. I'm curious if Google will restore it itself, as even the operator was removed for this.

Same, they don't send any notifications anymore.
Regarding the transparency report, I think Google can't keep up anymore.
It was working before but now there is a delay between when the action is taken and when this is reflected there.

Only way I managed to track these:

-Via serp directly
-Via GSC if you see your page dropping to 0 average ranking, 0 impressions

I have an email saying there is a delay fro the counter claim. it's now part of SEO "negative" wipe your competitor off and in our industry it's pretty much Canonical,Parasite and repurposed that dominate so most likely the same guys creating fake takedowns. now they have are also adding manual actions to spam sites. does anyone else notice the only ones not hit with DMCA requests are the mass spam accounts ranking top 10? https://www.seroundtable.com/google-...ons-41167.html

Interesting. I have found that I have 1000+ pages of 10 complaints. Insane, I'm working on something to see if i can mass counter claim, If it works I will create a thread to let you guys know. I'd rather compete with you than the scammers ranking right now through shady tactics. also check out:

I think we all do, this is the list of complaints, not ones google takes action on is the difference. most Google deems BS and takes no action on so you do not need to appeal.
