HELP: First timer Question

I dont know how to ask for my commission. I write an e-mail to support, nobody answer me. I write a message but still no answer.
This month i refer total 5 active customers and just want to know how to receive the money.
I dont have button or something like that, just " For payments send us a message" .
I send it, but still no answer. How much I have to wait or what i got to do.

You will need to be more specific.

Who are you trying to get commission from?
Are you sure you're entitled? It shows in your stats and you've checked the terms and conditions?

If it's Bet365, then a minimum of 5 depositing accounts is needed before a withdraw and there is also a minimum £50 limit.

I have 5 customers, I have over 200 EUR but they just dont answer......
