Hey Everyone - It's been a while!

Hey Everyone,
I have not been around much the past few months due to taking care of my wife Patty. She has COPD late stage and has had a very bad summer in and out of the hospital 5 times. Patty and I will be going to UVA in Charlottesville,Va November 5th and 6th for double lung transplant evaluation. Friends please keep Patty in you thoughts and prayers that she will qualify for being on the list. We are both positive that she will get on the list.

Hi Capt,

Been a long time and beginning to wonder maybe you made it to the promised land. But I think you would be grateful either way.

Hope is all we have Captain, place my thoughts, prayers, hopes on both you and Patty. Life certainly works in mysterious ways I am huge believer everything has some sort of grandiose purpose.

Allen, my prayers are with you and Patty, and i will continue to pray daily until she is accepted, operated on and cured.

I too have COPD, moderate to severe, and i can attest to the hardship of day to day life with it. I can not imagine what late stages is like, but it must be horrendous.

You have all my best wishes, thoughts and compassion and will be here for you always when needed.

Stay strong and believe.

Peter I have not made it to the promise land yet, but I am working on it.

Patty and I are staying positive about her getting a new set of lungs. It's just been a very hard spring/summer/fall for her with being feeling so bad. and being tire of hospital stays. Once she gets the lung transplant I am confident she will be able to enjoy her life fully again.

Pat I am sorry to hear you have COPD also. Talk care of yourself and stay away from smoke or smoking if you do. Patty and I will keep you in our thoughts and prayers also.

It's great to have good friends and I miss seeing so many here.

I met her on facebook and we are neighbors in a few games. She is a dear lady for sure and everything will work out just fine! Keep the faith my friend!

I don't know you both..................but my thoughts and prayers are with you coming from Jerusalem in the Holy Land.

If you have a problem (health, career, financial) you can send your prayer to Jerusalem, Bethlehem, Nazareth and the Sea of Galily.
Ask our lord for help and you shell receive it.
