Bad affiliates, whoever they are deserve to be outed as much as programs.

The least you can do as you have done in fact here is to let other programs know what he has done.

I know this guy and he is not a crook. If you have had trouble with him then you should speak directly. Slamming affiliates in this way is a little bit heavy handed.

I know he gets his news from InfoPowa, which is a paid for service, so cannot be accused of stealing. As for other content, I don't know about the source of that.

I am going to notify the affiliate of this post, and hopefully he will get a chance to repond to it.

Many of you here know me, from online or conferences, so im not even concerned that you believe this info is correct.

To those that dont, ill say this is the first time being speechless after being an affiliate for 7 years and owning over 50 sites.

1. First off dont I know you or your casino.
2. Think im more upset at this one then the money one. I HAVE NEVER copied content. You should be banned from this forum just for even implying this as it is a very serious accusation. I ask you to please post something copied, anything from any of my sites. Some news might look the same as news on other sites, reason for this is that it is a subscription based news service, we PAY a monthly fee and use the same content from the same company. Upon request I can have the news service owner CONFIRM that i like other sites that use this news, such as cap and casinomeister, pay the same fee.

I can tell ya which affiliate programs I wont work with after seeing this.

Shaun you know as well as I do that when an affiliate calls out a program, they've given them plenty of time to respond prior to post and make damn sure that they have proof first. Casinojack trashes Lenny without explaning anything or giving Lenny a chance to respond .kind of arrogant if you ask me... Jack...Ill be watching this thread for your apology to Lenny .

He is one of the most generous affiliates I have met, even offering to pay for hotel and everything to come down and meet up for a weekend in Vegas or Atlantic City. These allegations definitely do not seem to fit in with his character. I think you guys really need to give him a chance to investigate these allegations thoroughly before trashing him in such a public manner. That means waiting more than 48 hours for a response to an email (not just a couple hours)! Sad that most of the people doing this represent affiliate programs.

As for emails, todays the first one i saw, But cant say for sure if he was sending or not as we all as webmasters know, whenever see the word casino the email is deleted as spam asap.

I would suggest, And like i said, Its Just my opinion that GPWA moderate all posts in this section prior to showing them public.

This does not take away anything from affiliates or casinos, But because the GPWA is used by almost everyone out there and respected then no one would have to worry about people covering stories up.

GPWA have enough staff to monitor this section each day, It also protects good standing Casinos and Affiliates.

Just my two cents and i could be wrong.

People should be free to make accusations, if the accusations are groundless they will be found out, if not then a service has been done.

Also if the accusations by anyone are wrong then teh GPWA should act, while i agree people should have a freedom to make accusation if those accusations are wrong there should be consequences.

CasinoJack made three seperate accusations, all of which have been removed from this thread so i wont bring that back up.

Seems to me CasinoJack needs to answer for one of the accusations, seems that Lenny needs to answer for another one and on the third one seems CasinoJack has a valid issue.

Also as an affiliate i have no issue with affiliates being called out, why should it only be programs subjected to that.

I have no idea who is right and who is wrong here and if CasinoJack is shown to be wrong he needs to apologise, at this stage i see no reason for him to do so on what has been presented here so far.

Also seems these two are unable to resolve this with the remarks coming back and fro.

UI took down while we had chatted via email, then came back and saw this.

The accusations was in reference to copyscape and if is incorrect then ok, I will apologize.

I thought we were being professional by taking this offline, and this only came up due to no return of phone calls or emails.

It worked, as we now have a dialogue going. I have sent him what I had in reference to why I thought it was him, in addition is Ip's and chat logs. I have notning personal against him but I think affiliates need to set examples as do Op's.

I did NOT post any personal information at all in this thread, and left it just as bullet points to make the point.

As far as the $1,000 chargeback, I look at as theft/stealing. If the mods here would like to reword the title, no worries.

I never called anyone names and though this is a hard subject to deal with, I think my actions and comments here in public have been very professional.

I told you I would remove this in the meantime and proved the information I had to claim this was you such email, phone number(s) ip address etc etc.

If you still feel this in error, then I will take you word and ask the mods to take this down. I don't think name calling etc is necessary.
