Same here, only on that one Netrefer program though no others so think its Kindred specific

They haven't closed mine yet but it's only a matter of time. Pure scumbags. Disloyal, unethical, immoral scumbags - and karma will catch up with them in this life or the next.

You've been around for ten years. You know your stuff. Get angry. Work hard and make a success of traffic that does not rely on any casino brand names - so YOU are in total control of who you recommend your traffic to. Or market the hell out of 32 Red and then explain why you're recommending another casino instead.

Time to take control back, affiliates.

I love how some vocal affiliates who say "don't promote this site and don't promote that one" are staying quiet on Kindred as they haven't been screwed themselves.

I got the email this week that my 32Red account was being reduced to 10%, yet I have promoted Unibet (players in two other accounts) for so many years I forget. At least 15 if they have been going that long. So what do I do, let them shaft me on 32Red for pennies and stay quiet because I earn much more from Unibet? That would be the sensible option but frankly I am so sick of the corruption in the UK affiliate market. Anyway, for your info (make of it what you like), this was my email correspondence with Unibet:

My email response to the notification that 32Red commission reduced to 10%:

I have three separate affiliate accounts with you. If you actually managed the affiliate program properly they would have been merged into one account, and the quota would have easily been met. It is not clever to rip off and cheat affiliates. It will create problems for your brands and the affiliates you have stolen from will never come to you when you crawl back in future. Dishonesty is not rewarded.

    Unibet Response:

Thanks for the email, we will not be merging affiliate accounts between historically 32Red affiliate accounts and Unibet accounts. They remain separate, this also helps affiliates from the perspective of separate earnings. In terms of this account, this is your only 32Red account, your other two being Unibet. We are concerned in isolation with the performance of the 32Red account. If you are able to actively promote and bring in some new traffic then we can discuss ways to move forward, for all of 2018 the account brought in 5 players, for the last 6 months 3 new customers. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks. Rob Rothman

    My email response:

    Hi Rob,

Thanks for your email. From March 2018 to February 2019 there were 31 sign-ups and 10 depositors. Not great I admit, but then my site is called justbookies not justcasinos.
Your new quotas are theft of commission retrospectively. I have promoted Unibet for many years, for as long as there has been an affiliate program. This business is about trust and your actions have shattered that trust. Don't you realise the power of having the Unibet and 32Red name talked of positively across affiliate websites, even if they aren't referring many clients? Don't you realise the damage of having all the reviews turned negative across hundreds or thousands of affiliate sites? Do you expect me to think of you as crooks in relation to the 32Red account but as great guys in relation to the Unibet accounts (that you can't be bothered to merge)? I realise it's just a 9 to 5 job to you but your personal name will also be associated with this dishonest behaviour. It is a small world. How can you retrospectively reduce commissions on affiliates who have been promoting your brands for 10 to 15 years. You are stealing the player base.

The relationship between affiliates and operators should be one of cooperation, not of threats. What you are doing is a short term cash grab because you think nobody will drag your arses into court and make you stick to the letter of the original contract. Someone your end is too stupid to realise the potential damage to your brand reputation. Take a look at SkyBet's Trustpilot reviews. It's top of google for SkyBet review. Go figure.

Well said @justbookies. They bring all these brands under one umbrella company but still treatthem as separate entities when it suits them. Usual wanky response as always increase your exposure (sure why not so further down the line they can introduce another ****** term to rob you off these players too).

The fact you have still been able to introduce sign ups and depositers when it is not the main focus of your site I think is admirable. **** poor form, as you can probably tell I got the email reducing my Unibet to 10%, but it was no biggy so told them to close it.

Sorry for the language but it getting beyond a joke now.

I've received that email, too. But it was for an account I don't send traffic to anymore, and where I didn't earn more than a few $ last year.
I moved all my traffic to my other Kindred affiliate account.

Kindred should really apply some common sense and add up the numbers of FTD for your 3 accounts if they are unwilling to merge them.
Why should you be treated differently compared to someone else who sends the same amount of FTD just to one affiliate account?

On the other hand, I'd try to distribute your FTD among your aff-accounts so that you optimize your revenues.

Good point, I am one of those cowards.
But what should I say when my experience with them is great so far? I think the forum should be an expression of personal experiences and not about some impressions. in the first place.

The affiliate managers I know (regular and head of affiliates) respond usually swiftly and resolve the problems. They pay me still what was agreed and from the numbers I think they do not shave me. They convert somehow in the UK as well. They provide good feed. Their tracking is ok in most countries. This is much more than 95% of other programs.

So what remains is that they close the small affiliate accounts and it will happen to me one day, when my traffic drops or when I throw towel to the ring. And it will happen with all other programs except bet365, who are just from another world. Even Bovada will give me the 10%, but yeah they told us so at signup, which is a big difference.

Yes, what they do is not ok, but they sadly do better than the rest. The rest is shaving or closing even my accounts, which deliver far more than 5 or 10 per months. And they do it is very non-transparent and chaotic way, unlike Kindred.

So this is a reason why I did not post. Because this post looks like praising Unibet, which is something they definitely do not deserve for their behavior. But you called me.
