    I never received any emails from them, and just tried to login to my account and I have been blocked, so I am guessing that means they have closed my account.
    Never mind I have been an Affiliate of theirs since 2001.

    Ho Hum.....Yet Another Casino to remove !!

    What does it matter if you change AM? Do these companies even have different AM's? Aren't they all under the same rules which Ladbrokes/Coral set?

    I'm guessing that they get paid a commission or that there's a mad scramble in fear of downsizing (survival of the fittest).

    Is there anywhere in the Coral T&C's which specifies new players quota or otherwise?

    Can't seem to find anything as they've decided that I haven't referred any players recently so they still won't re-open my account.

    There were no quotas. They just make it up as they go along.

    just tried to logon to my coral. said password was wrong tried password reminder and then I get back that "your account is currently under review"
    Unbelievable

    Yup just asked where in the T&C's it mentioned player quotas and the agreement stated lifetime commission.

    Not much point as I expect they will be actively seeking to close the account going forward. Shocking business by a once reputable brand.

    My Ladbrokes account was closed despite me sending them all the signed paperwork they asked for.

    Was closed for about 3 weeks until I was able to log back in Yesterday. No new depositors (no surprise) but the click did seem to have been logged from the time I couldn't log in.

    Strange how Bet365 don't play these games, even though I missed the email that went to spam folder, account therefore got suspended, then reopen once a few questions asked and answered.

    With Ladbrokes I hear allsorts of childish nonsense, talk to the hand 1st of next month, lawyerese garbage, public holidays talk, political waffle, don't "attack" us with a few harsh words, resend this, resend that, the works. #weak

    "The Magic Sign" they call themselves for many a moon and rightfully so, when at previous times they take on big favourites where other firms are too scared to take a view. Now they have become a weak cyber gang.

    I got the reply below, but I told them to rather close my Ladbrokes and Gala Coral accounts as I don't want to be associated with "partners" like this.

    If the account has been in active for the last 12 months then this has been closes, so please remove any promotions you have..

    If you have new sources of traffic and are able to send depositing players again please let me know

    Thanks, but it's just that I have been in this industry so long and been screwed over so many times that I have lost count, so now I pretty much have zero tolerance for programs like this, and simply move on to the ones that are honest and treat Affiliates like partners, and I do believe that there is still honest ones out there, like Full Cream, Deck Media, Gig Affiliates etc.

    This happened to me. I sent in the documents before the cut off and they said they didn't receive them. Months later. It tool me 2 months to finally get a reply back after many emails and Skype messages. The answer I got back was " Sorry, you will have to open up a new account"

    What about all the players we have sent them over the years. Warning to affiliates not to trust this brand. Awful customer support and years of players and our commissions we are scammed out of

    They are screwing you all with the document nonsense.

    I am still alive there, they never asked for anything like that.

    But I feel my time is coming even there. It is absolutely depressing. Maybe in casino niche one can pick up better program, but here it seems the only one that is paying affiliates for euro market, is 1xbet, which is even more depressing.

    Had a similar experience with Ladbrokes / Coral.

    I noticed I could not sign into my Ladbrokes account (Coral was working fine), I contacted my affiliate manager and was told that my Ladbrokes account had been closed because I hadn't signed the agreement (no notification from them). I checked my emails and I had signed any agreement I received (later told that it was just for Coral), nothing received for Ladbrokes. He has now asked me to contact his manager (Neil Zeff), lets see how this goes.
