Is link bidding a good idea for search engine placements
Is link bidding a good idea for search engine placements

yes, it is good idea.
You can have links to low price.
If you see website xxxxww.casinoguide.ws put its links in many bidding directories.
however I think that the budget of that website is about 10 000 $ to month.
You should point on free directories.

rob3786 I don't know this. I don't know how I can help you.
and is clearly not punished by Google.
Could be that Google hasn't caught on to bidded links (unlikely, or just a matter of time) or that they do actually differentiate. I've been keeping an eye on this situation, but I'm not yet convinced that bid-for links are any more legit than other paid-for ones. If Google seems ok for a while longer, I know where my next advertising budget is going!
