6 months - this is very short time, i think your site in "Google Sandbox" now.
And i think you need more content.

There is no sandbox. I created a site from scratch on a new domain last year and had it top ten for 'live casino' in three months. You just have to do it right.

I'm ranking on page 1 for google for a number of my target words, it's just I aren't getting as many click-through's as I would like.

Agree.. the "sandbox" went away quite some time ago.

Well then it is NOT SEO you need... You need to learn to sell online.

SEO is only part of the process, geting your page some eyeballs... The other part is SELLING...
Getting those eyeballs turned into happy customers is a learned skill and IMO much more difficult than SEO.
