Curious how this one is going to end..

I think it would mean a lot for the relation between the affiliate community and this operator to see Schankwart post here in the end that everything has been solved in a proper way

    Dear Affiliates,

Jackpot Capital wants to inform you that Schankwart has been paid out in full.

Furthermore, we want to point out once more that there were no obligations for Jackpot Capital at any time whatsoever to payout any funds from this player account!

Before Jackpot Capital acquired Lucky Club Casino, the casino was shut down for almost 8 months. When Jackpot Capital took over the casino from previous owners, the player account of Schankwart was already closed.

He had a whole year to talk to the previous management. Furthermore he waited one and a half years to finally contact us regarding this matter. If he had contacted us right after the take over (promoted to all players, all affiliates and via press release) we might have had the chance to resolve this with the previous owners (as we did with others).

Again: According to our contractual obligation we have paid all balances of all former Lucky Club customers with an open account. The account of Schankwart was closed almost a year (!) before the Jackpot Capital Group took over Lucky Club.
The only reason to pay Schankwart´s account balance is that Jackpot Capital will now hand over Lucky Club Casino to the new owners without any debts.

Final remark: Jackpot Capital has been paying their players and affiliates always in time! We paid Schankwart now, though this is against our legal opinion. We want you to understand this as a gesture of goodwill and this will stay an exceptional case!

We have neither supported in the past nor will we support in the future players or affiliates who request bonuses/payouts and bring up such matters in public forums attempting to place pressure on our management by posting negative statements!

    Kindly,

    Jackpot Capital Affiliate Department

That sounded really nice until the last couple of sentences. Paying up with a smile and good spirited post would´ve come across much better for you - even if you swore under your breath whilst you did it. Paying up but telling us angrily that you didn´t want to do it, and bitching about people complaining on forums (always a valid thing to do) did kinda take the shine off this gesture.

I hereby confirm that the payment of the outstanding balance has been issued.

    @ Jackpot Capital:

I already addressed the points of your message in this thread.

When you acquire a casino with a history of unpaid players and affiliates, you should confirm if they reveal all their debts and not just lock accounts without reason. The same scenario occurred at Grande Vegas.

I would have of course contacted you much earlier already if I had received any email about the acquisation. However, it is irrelevant how long ago the account was been locked, as the entire player database was purchased and I did not violate any terms of your casino.

Nevertheless, I am glad this has eventually been settled now.

Thanks to all for your input and opinions.

Yeah, I somewhat felt thus, have to say. I think they may be wanting to ensure that there are no chancers out there looking to illegitimately ride on the back of this fair settlement. I should add, again, that I've seen the relevant correspondence between player and casino, and there was absolutely no suggestion that the debt was not legitimate.

Well done, Lucky Club. The post above was a bit over the top, but you did the right thing. Good job.

No one seems to know, not even the MeisterMan himself it appears as he and the Rep? have dodged the legit questions asked of them in this thread here....

How nice would it actually be to see just a little bit of honesty and transparency in this industry for once?

I also discovered earlier that the stats have not updated in the Rich Club affiliate backend either since their switch over to the new software for Lucky Club. I sent them an email about this as well but have not heard anything back yet. BUT, they are definitely broken (the stats that is).

The rest of you guys that are promoting them might want to check your stats to see if they are updating correctly or even at all.
