Marsbet cheated me! They did not pay my affiliate commission. I wrote Betconstruct too. But they did not solved my problem. I wrote Curacao Gaming Control Board and they did not any answer yet. But i uses my twitter account to spread this file.

Good luck with that. The exact same thing happened to me, Curacao Gaming is like a phantom institution, no one replies to your emails...

I called friday, Ministry of Justice Curacao. They gave me an e-mail address to file a compliant. I sent my compliant. This is offical e-mail.

Hello tiyatro2, I understand nothing about Curacao legislation, but from the little experience I have, I guess they're not worried at all about sites' honesty. There are a few companies who have a master license and others just use sublicenses.
I never heard about anyone who got an answer from the Curacao gambling authority (including myself). Anyway, if they ever reply, please keep us updated. Good luck.

Dear Sir, this e-mail is not Curacao Gambling Authority's. This connected to Government directly. I think you can call the Ministry of Justice or send an e-mail to this. I think i can be try. If a lot of people sent a compliant to this e-mail, i will be works.

Marsbet is definitely a scam, operating under BetConstruct's platform. Having a Curacao license, this company cares about nothing but making profit no matter what. If players lose their money everything will be ok with their accounts. For the lucky players, especially those winning considerable amounts, the nightmare is about to begin. RECOMMENDATION: completely avoid this scam bookmaker.

Just a small update on this. Some guys commented about my issue on a gambling forum and someone from Marsbet replied, saying I didn't understand their system and I thought I won some money in EUR but in fact I won the money in other currency.

These guys can't go any lower, not only they steal money from players but they also create stories to clean their image.
But I guess no one believes their bullshit anymore.

I think you did a great job alerting everyone about this scam bookmaker. Hopefully many affiliates will read this post and stay away from Marsbet. Good luck with solving your problem..although I wouldn't have very high hopes!

Quick update about this:

The affiliate manager for Portuguese and Brazilian markets contacted me in January by phone, he said they have a new team/ new owner/ whatever and they want to resolve all the "pending" cases from the past. It was the first time that they assumed that I was robbed (apparently not only me). No excuses this time.

So they wanted me to remove every negative comment that I wrote about them, and they would pay me. I refused, and then we had a kind of deal: they would pay me in 5 months (10K x 5) and I would update every article that I wrote about them with this new information about the payment. They asked me to send everything I had about the case, and I did. After this, I was waiting for 4 months without any answer. In May I decided to contact them again. I got a fast reply, saying it was not possible to resolve the problem yet, but they would call me in the next week to settle it.

Almost three months later, I'm still waiting.

I don't have any hope that they will pay me, they were probably expecting that I would delete all the bad advertising BEFORE getting any money. But I'm not so stupid...

Got to stay true to your review and not give in to companies like this. There is not one good review from what I can see about this casino and they should be called out until they fix their problems. The fact that they offered to pay to have negative comments removed speaks volumes about Marsbet. Integrity is worth much more!

"Marsbet entered portuguese market and it has been a great experience so far. The feedback from our customers has been great aswell. 2016 will be an year full of surprises"..

I wonder what surprises they are talking about. Must be something special.

Marsbet.com is added to our Blacklist until further notice. Too many red flags....
