I have heard a few people say that they have not been paid by MoPlay for a few months now (myself included), I am owed March, April and May commissions.
All I am getting from the AM is excuses and was wondering if anybody has any advice on perusing this further, are they contractually obliged to pay within a certain time?
Anybody else in the same boat?

Same for us, we are owed a tidy sum with March being the Cheltenham Festival. Was told on 3rd June that the Payment Schedule would start the next week and have messaged again today for an update.
Hope this is a one off because I like the brand a lot.

Yes, we also got the message on 3rd June. Had it confirmed today that there has not been any payments made yet:
"payments still haven’t been made. you can contact the CMO for any further updatesnir.hakarmeli@moplay.com"
Haven't received a reply yet but might be worth chasing the CMO as well.

Yeah we are also due March to May commissions, and a sizable chunk also with Cheltenham.
They have been good at replying and promised payment this month.
Likewise I like the brand, there is huge investment behind them and they sponsor the likes of Man Utd, so I think they will come good in the end - although never guaranteed.
If they don't pay this month they will be removed from sites though.

This is the latest email I have had, from the Chief Marketing Officer:
Firstly I would like to apologise for the current situation that we did our best to avoid.
This is painful for us as it is for you and I fully understand the problems it may cause with your cashflow and payment commitments on your end.
The reason for the delayed payments is a longer than expected completion of a funding round, that was due to be completed mid-May and is delaying due to administration issues (funds transfer, etc.) between our shareholder’s main US business and the lender.
This is also the reason you were given multiple payment dates, that were aligned with the expected funding completion dates given by the board, that as I said, are delayed a bit longer.
We are committed to settle all outstanding payments ASAP and this matter is handled at the highest priority by me and the Executive team.
Unfortunately, as much as I want, I cannot commit to a specific date where all outstanding payments will be sorted, but I can commit it is a matter of no more than few weeks and I will communicate to you as soon as I get it confirmed

Also having issues with MoPlay, shame as they have a decent product.
Anyone else heard anymore? Still no payment and another months earnings added to the pile. Think we are going to have to remove them for the time being until we receive payment in full, can't keep giving them anymore traffic with the guarantee of payment.
This has never happened to me, I will find out if this is true or not?

We've reduced exposure this month and will remove next month if they don't pay.
I do genuinely think they are having issues with payments rather than them not wanting to pay, but we've been told several times now 'payment will start next week' and it hasn't, and that can't go on forever.
I really do hope they sort themselves out this month as they are a good brand but are losing reputation fast.

I spoke with the CCO again on Friday who kindly sent me an update, with the 4th July holidays in the US, the funding they are waiting for hadn't cleared in time.
As a result, I was told that payments would start this week.
Not the first time that has been said, but sounds more promising this time around.

Same for us a decent amount of players, we have done ok with the rev share. As you say the the retention isn't great but that is offset somewhat because it is far easier to get new players for them in the UK.
I did ask if they where attending the AAC but no dice.
I'm not signed up with them as they don't fit my particular profile. Not sure I would if they did as the site really isn't that great as an SBTech skin and I've heard too many things that make me feel uncomfortable about them.
While their (sports) promotions are decent, players get canned very quickly. Heck, even my personal account did, one that kept to purely recreational bets with one of their sponsors. So I'm not surprised retention is poor.
If they are having funding issues, I'd be very concerned about their longevity.
Anyone had any luck or payments from these guys yet? They have now stopped replying to me, which is not a good sign.
Reply from the CCO yesterday:
Hi Andy, funds were expected to arrive at the beginning of the month as I initially communicated, but unfortunately it takes longer.
It should be sorted in the next week or so; I know this is far from being satisfactory information, but hope you understand I can’t commit to specific date until we see the funds in our bank account.
As soon as the funds arrive we will pay immediately.

Not holding my breath here and won't be giving them any increased exposure until they start paying on time. Seem to just get the 'next week' line every time I chase them.
