Could see it coming from a long way off. When we were all trying to get paid 10 months ago they were struggling for funding then. Ironic that it was the Cheltenham £20 offer that broke them last year and now we're just a couple of weeks away from the festival again.

Can't say this is a surprise, they've been having issues with funding from their US shareholders almost from the get go. I doubt they will be able to restructure quickly enough to come back from this. It's annoying for affs but you have to feel for the 130 or so employees who could be out of a job too.

Looks like most customers are not going to get their money back and given affs are bottom of the creditors list if you are still owed money, like us, then highly unlikely you are going to see any of it.

Sad to see another brand go bust and bad for affiliates and players who they owed money to.
