MoPlay - No Payments

We're now aware of three companies having commenced legal action for outstanding commissions (well into six figures for some), some of which dates back as far as Feb 2019!

Can't help but wonder if MoPlay hugely over-committed financially early 2019, are badly managed, were always out to screw people over, or perhaps a combination of the above.

Surely they're operating on borrowed time now though if they're in so much trouble with non-payment of commissions and major sponsorship deals.

Wow, stands there wont be cheap. Maybe pay your bills and affiliates first

Hi Guys, Moplay have not paid me since February, and the last time I last spoke to them, they said that they have a confirmation of the payment and in their platform it shows that the payment was processed. Have you a had similar experience for that?

We got a payment in August that covered to the end of April. Their system shows this as paid but all comms from May onwards as not paid.

I have not earned enough with with mo play yet to get to the payment stage

Our advice for anyone owed money from them is, like us, issue court proceedings.
They're still spending money attending affiliate conferences, working on expansion into Mexico, and more.

The money is still there, they just seem to want to rip off the affiliates who are helping them to make it.

Still owe a lot of people a lot of money.
Court cases ongoing for at least three companies.

If they are not paying since May to their affiliates, I'm in Doubt they'll be attending LAC...

They attended Lisbon perfectly alright although they have owed us money since last February.

Hi Paul, we got paid and I am sure that there where a few others that did too. Send me a DM if you like, we will also be at the LAC too if you are attending we will have to catch up.

We got paid last week up to the end of November 2019. Came a little out of the blue, but happy to receive nonetheless.
