    Hi and welcome to the forum . All I know for Japan is common to the situation in Turkey, people are not allowed to gamble online, unless it is a casino with local license.

    Japan doesn't seem to block gambling sites as radically as Turkey, I think.

    Yes, actually in Japan, online gambling sites are not severely restricted. However, in future, Japan is going to develop offline casinos. Maybe online casinos will be restricted after the construction of these integrated resorts.
