Not Converting, and need some help!
Hello GPWA,
I have recently started a new sports book site directed at the US market. I have been running it since December of 09. I have seen a huge amount of traffic, my February unique visits where over 5400 with over 150,000 hits. I am not seeing any deposits or conversions. I could really use some help, I have been doing this part time now since 2007, with very little income. I know there is money to be made but I am not seeing any of it. Please review my site Sports Book 4 USA I would love any help I could get. Also if there is anyone who would love to take me under thier wing, I am a quick study, but I need help.
Thanks,
Sean

Your traffic is not as huge as what you may think, 5400 uniques in a month in the sportsbook affiliate fields is not going to provide you with an income unless you get very lucky.
Your site at first glance looks ok, not had time to look in depth but even with the most eye catching site in the world stuffed full of content i would still say that you would need higher traffic numbers.
Sorry could not offer a more constructive opinion at this time.

I would say right off, that you are wasting the first 200-250 pixels on the top, with logos and search box, why not get some offers (i like banners) up on top. I don't see a complete sports banner or even a link to "Bet Now" on the area above the fold. This is very common and i think a huge waste of the most valuable spots on one's site.
i don't do much sports advertising but always felt that you need to give a visitor a mix of flashy banners and good content. They need lots of places to click on your link. I found on a poker site, years ago, that just increasing the links in a review page from 1 on top and 1 at the bottom, with 8-10 links from screen shots, keywords, etc resulted in tons more click thrus and more than twice the rate of registrations. Make it easy for them to click your link, make them want to click your link, to help maximize the traffic you have.

From the website:
"Striving to be the Number One community for On-line gambling USA players. Creating an environment where gamblers in the United States can find the right Casino or Game for their playing needs and styles. Gambler Connection has searched the web to bring you the finest available Gambling, Bringing you safe and profitable gaming from the comfort of your home."
By promoting clip joints like SBGglobal and cool cat casino? People may be smarter than you think...
Here is an idea how sound web design looks like (from one of the links on your website):
http://www.undergroundaffiliatesecre...AuMjMyLjAuMC4w
....since at least 90% of casino/sportsbook affiliates share your contempt for aesthetics doing this right would be a chance to gain some profile.
Which is of course needed because this site has next to no useful content and you'll probably spend the rest of your time on SEO to get some clicks to a site that no one needs and in reality prevents people to find what they look for...
But you are at least in good company because this is how a typical affiliate site looks & works like. The interesting thing here is not the number of people that have been attracted via the affiliate route but rather the number that have been scared off from online gambling because considering the myriad of affiliate gambling websites an image is created that it is cheap as trash...

One thing that I noticed that will probably turn people off your website pretty quick is all the work at home and quit your job banners you have on the home page.
It's just my opinion but if I go to a website thats called sportsbook thats all I want to see, I'm not looking to buy an Ipad or get a typing job you know.

Thank you
Thank you guys very much for the feedback.
Amcan, I will definatly wqork on better banner placement and quantity.
Nitro, I realize that my gamblerconnection site needs alot of work, that had been my baby for 2 years, I had coded it all by hand and recently changed the overall appearance and will be working on it again soon.
I will also review the "clip Joints" you spoke about, I want to bring the best the potential costumer.
Please keep up the great info GPWA, I could use all the help I can get!

I would also add that you should take a look at the quality of the traffic you are receiving rather than just focusing on the number.
Another issue with your website is that none of the pages seem to have a visual focus. I notice you are promoting BetUS but I can't find any review of BetUS on your site.
Good luck.
