    There are (Teams - 1) = (16 - 1) = 15 games to be played. Assuming that each team has an equal probability of winning, and one just flips a coin to pick each winner, the probability of a perfect sweet 16 bracket is (0.5) ^ 15 = 0.0000305, or 32,768 to 1.
