ps stats?

Whats up with playshare stats? I have not been able to pull up any stats since the first of the month.

I can log in but when I click on the earnings link it hangs...... I did manage to get it to open once around the 3rd or 4th and it showed I had two players and earnings, tried again several times a week later and it did open but it took forever and my players and esarnings were gone.

No w aI cant get it to load atall...have tried severak times a day for about a week.

I have the same problem Lawrence. Looking at stats, I pull it up and go make a sandwich.

It is really slow and sometimes impossible.

FWIW, I am able to access stats as normal at both G3 and PS -- "normal" being G3 is relatively fast to load (15-25 secs), while PS is very slow (2-3 mins).

Mine hangs up much more than 2-3 mins and I am on high speed. I havn't been able to get on for 2 days. I have written lawrence a few times since Friday.

I can't get in my stats, it usually times out.

Maybe if you have some timely email report as your back-up, you can see your data. In my webmaster stat counter, I have a daily report emailed direct to my inbox.

I just accessed PS. Time from login to loading of homepage: 2 secs. Time to run Earnings report: 5+ minutes, did not load, I stopped the report. Tried again. 2:15 minutes, did not load, I stopped the report.

I just accessed PS. Time from login to loading of homepage: 2 secs. Earnings report: Start time 8:26:40 AM EST - End time 8:32:40 AM EST. Total time: 6 minutes, but the report was wrong -- it said I had no players for the month, but I have several. Re-tried the report at 8:33:10, completed at 8:35:40 (2.5 minutes), and the report was correct.
