You could use the flytonic casino review plugin to do that, pretty easily, using the geotargeting function.

The ip2location thing doesn't serve his purpose as it blocks countries to access the site at all. Not what he wants.

I use http://www.geoplugin.net/json.gp to analyse the visitor's IP, then show different content based on the geoplugin_countryCode.

Interesting how everyone has a different way to do it. Here's one more.

I just do it with PHP code, after letting Cloudflare send me the two-letter code of the country. It gets a bit technical but it does the job without any errors and without depending on third-party plugins.

Remember to include all the British territories, there are quite a few. Same with US territories.

You could confuse Google if you totally disallow content. There could be 404s. Instead of not showing something at all, it's better to put a message "this casino is restricted because you're from the US".
