Richard Flint their CEO just looks like your typical corporate schmoozy type.
These guys love the sound of their own voice and have no qualms screwing over hundreds/thousands of people in one shot if it means they make a few more million in business. They talk a good game about ethics etc but it's all lip service isn't it. Good talkers but judge them by their actions ultimately.

Stars were in talks with Skybet for a year prior to the buyout. Why do you think the affiliate programme got screwed? Why do you think it was done precisely at the time a bad news story about tipster affiliates tipping losing tips and affiliates encouraging people to gamble offered an alternative explanation? How could those excuses be credible whilst Skybet themselves were failing in their duties to respect self exclusion which led to a £1 million fine? Why was Poker stars seemingly not put off by the bad image such a punishment would have on the company? How could compliance be an issue when they continue to advertise on tipster sites that lose followers money, the very ones criticised in the first place, and continue to have adverts on pornographic portals? When you know that Skybet chief executives like Flint own a significant share of the company, are you the least bit surprised by any of these things? It's what c***** do.
I wouldn't work with these blood stained pus balls unless they offered a full apology for what they did to affiliates and guaranteed they would honour all missed payments since the closure.

They don't care. Pokerstars is the company that, also retro-actively, cut revenue share from lifetime to just a year. Affiliates are just some necessary evil for them they do not care about.
They also know that if they re-launch the affiliate program, quite some affiliates are more than happy to promote Sky again.
spanking, just had an enquiry from the usual link hunter for clients,, so said yeah lets have a look then, its to a private/site blog, promoting skybet ha,ha,ha. grrrr still fuming
Just came up on my timeline, Join SkyBet and be gamble aware but also please back our 1737/1 Acca.

Couldn't have come at a worse time for me, after years of work Skybet had just started generating 4 figures a month, then nothing. The fact that it's blatant theft hurts a lot more.
It's been almost a year now guys. Give it a rest. We all lost money (big) on this one, but things go on. We've all said it since day 1 this was a scam, so I don't see why post shade adverts. If it wasn't a scam then it'd be surprising.

So they closed doors just to some? Amazing.
We are all bloodsucking ticks, hungry, devious
each one latched on to the ass of the previous
when the last and the first latch on it can be shown
ass-blood sucked by the first from the last is his own

i read that a while ago, they still signed up new affiliates after they closed.
THE FINDINGS
When you look at headline referring domainstarts from Ahrefs, you can see a progressive decline in referring domains, especially from September 2017 (see Figure 1). Based on that data, you might think that’s the end of that,Sky Bet has pulled the plug on its affiliate programme and we should all just ‘jog on’.
But no! There are new referring domains (see Figure 2)!
Turns out Sky Bet has, sort of, take the localised nuclear option, halted its programme and started re-engaging with affiliates they trust.
Of course, trust is a two-way street and my guess is most affiliates don’t trust Sky Bet and have probably pushed for aggressive deals with them. You would, wouldn’t you?
Because Sky Bet is an international brand, it’s relatively difficult to isolate which domains are for the international market and therefore not affected by the UK’s Gambling Commission or the UK’s Competition and Markets Authority.
However, trawling through the domains since September 2017 we see:
- 680 lost referring domains
- 74 new referring domains
There are a couple of interesting patterns:
- new domains look less spammy than expected
- average domain is much more powerful on rankings
One of those who lost hundreds of thousands of pounds, and understands that no amount of crying and sulking will bring that back, that there's no such thing as bad press, and bumping this thread and giving these thugs publicity does the exact opposite of what you may think it does.
If you've read more than 1 of my posts u'd see I never "tell you what to do" just give out an opinion and an explanation.

Just ready and waiting for the rats and mugs to lap it back up. The same people who ran back to Foxy and so on. The same people who let companies like GVC know that they can ditch their affiliates at a big profit, and continue to profit via affiliates. We all know who they are, their blogs are still advertising for Foxy, yet on the other hand they are here bitching like little girls.

The only way I'd work with these guys is to have a tenancy agreement in place and money upfront. Unfortunately there are plenty of affiliates out there who will promote them unaware of what has happened and that's what they count on.
