That is a great domain but I own 7 sites with far better traffic , Will I get a million?LOL .We bought a business for over 1 million last year but we based the price on income ....Look at the traffic of poker.com .Can you disclose the income the site makes ?Or are you selling just the domain?

Well a such great domain name with a 14 years of history not been in the top 100k in Alexa traffic and not even rank with the keyword slots in google.com on the first or second page it is also laughable.

These days trust be the domain name doesnt play that critical role for being succesfully.

You want to give you an example .... http://www.slotstop.com/ not nice domain name as www.slots.com but 100 times much better and more valuable website. No Doubt about it.

My 2 cents on the matter...first, if no one bids more than this dumb realwebsiteworth.com estimate, please accept my bid of $1,037.37.

This site is worth way more than $1000. Slots.com for sure makes way more each month in affiliate revenues from type-ins alone. If 700 people visit slots.com each day (like the estimate site says) and each day and .1% deposit that's at least a depositor a day which is $200-$500 a day.

I also dont get you guys trying to compare slots.com to poker.org, business.com or sex.com. When comparing homes, you want to find as close a home to yours as possible, same with websites, you'd have to have a closer match to slots.com than even poker.org. Also, comparing high powered domain name sales from more than a few months difference is unrealistic. That's like trying to price a home based on sales from a previous decade. Lastly, poker.org is run by pokercompany - not that it should go to their heads, but they make top knotch websites. Again with the home example, its like receiving a home which had a great architect build it. There is added value in its own right.

Methodically estimating the value of a premium domain works in multiples of yearly profits +-market trends for the keyword +-potential untapped markets/revenues. You might even tag a chunk of cash for the premium name or design, but its not the core of the value.

Even in such a methodical approach they could still bump into the Michael Jordan of slots who never reads these posts and wants nothing more than to spend his fortunes on the domain ...
