    These players receive an email stating that they have violated G and I. I have pasted them here, and at the bottom is the link to the complete StarGames T&C's.

    G. Misconduct

    1. Any misconduct in using the services is interdicted. Especially, but not limited to the following acts shall be deemed as misconduct:

    • players not complying with the rules of communication between players (see point H below);
    • players deliberately providing inaccurate or misleading information;
    • players attempting to manipulate the results of games by concerted practices, making alterations of the program or in any other way;
    • players deliberately causing or exploiting website malfunctions or defects in order to undermine the natural flow of the game;
    • registered players opening another account; and,
    • players violating any other regulation set out in these Terms and Conditions.

    2. The player shall not decompile or attempt to decompile the software on the website or develop software that interferes with the client-server-communication software used on the website.
    3. The use of any software program which facilitates artificial intelligence is strictly prohibited. Prohibited software may include software which allows opponent profiling, player collusion or any other program which the company believes allows a player to cheat or gives one player an unjust advantage over another player. The company may take action in order to detect and prevent the use by players of such software, including reading the list of currently running programs on a player’s computer where possible or profiling the player’s behaviour for the purposes of investigation. If the company successfully identifies the use of prohibited programs, the company reserves the right to freeze the offending player’s account for a period of at least six (6) months; to confiscate any funds in that account; and/or suspend the player from using the services of the company and any of its sites.
    4. The player will not collude with fellow players (i.e. unsolicitied team play). If team playing is identified by the company, the company has the right to confiscate the winnings of all colluding players. The confiscated amount will be given to the aggrieved players.
    I. Sanctions for Misconduct

    In the event of player misconduct, the company reserves the right to immediately exclude the player from any further use of the website and to terminate the contract with the company. Furthermore, the company is entitled to interrupt and terminate on-going games, to block players’ accounts with or without prior notice, and until clarification of the situation, retain the player’s credit on the player account and any illegitimately won prizes at the player’s cost.

    Another thing I would like to remind - Stargames address and phones in Malta are non-existent.They are ghosts.Why would a "a fair casino that has a fair affiliate program" do that?Also I would like any professional player to confirms here he/she continues to play at Stargames.I do not think there are such players.So the clear answer to Moonlight Cat's question is "YES".

    Oh,another thing I forgot.Our dear lady mentioned MGA - an organization,who claims to protect online players,and to take very seriously their complaints.But in reality,you wait more than a month for MGA to respond,just to let you know that they actually protect in any way they can all sites they regulate(all sites that PAY them huge money probably).MGA and Stargames are connected,so what MGA states is of no real value.If there is an independent body,which take a serious look at this case,and say - yes,these players are fraud because of that,that and that,I will have nothing else to say.Until this happens I will not stop writing in forums and warning all possible players what Stargames.net really is,and will be happy to go to court with them with any other blocked players,no matter if they are "professionals" or not.

    Hello Nicole Sims , are you read my posts ? 1 year ago i pay lot of money and played , looost and wooons on yours stargames 1 year and after on 1 year win 2633 euro , ITS NOT NORMAL ? but moment when I lost it was ok??? YES??? , im payout in 2014 150+150 after in 2015 i want FIRST payout and SUPPORT stargames BLOCKE my account CEMELOTA , if anyonethinks I'm not fair player?? , thenopen my account and I will playwith anyoneand needwecheck to seehow many pixels you need. Blaming a woman it's just when it without the help of . I do not know who's doing it and making it, but you think that I'm sure a fraud? ANSWER PLEASE

    Hi Nicole

    I have no intention of turning this into a witch hunt of Star Games, i think that the players on here are very passionate, as we can all tell.

    The Terms and Conditions that you posted are very broad and are not specific as to why these accounts have been closed. I can only assume that Star Games knows what it is doing and is well within its rights to take this kind of action.

    From what i can tell, it seems that Star Games is accusing players of manipulating the game, i have no idea how this can be done TBH.

    I guess the only other recourse complainants have is via legal means. I hope that this scenario can be worked out for all parties.

    Dear Nicole Sims in my country 95% of peoples playing backgammon on the outdoors , houses and offices, long and short. I think nothing strange that I too play backgammon, I was playing backgammon with a young age. then read on the forums people have written oooo backgammon game is played. in a differen forums peoples about backgammon players say - backgammon play only aliens. Can You tell me , why stargames abused woman ? I can provewhattheydid wrong ,buthow and whatdo I donot know because they dont meet. lawyers want lot of money .     I have no idea either,but if they really accuse me or anybody else of this,they should tell so.From my knowledge manipulating game means that someone lose to the other player on purpose,because of money laundry.That's the only thing that I can think of the phrase "manipulating the game".And i might be anything,but not a money laundry player,since I tried my best to win all games i played.If Stargames state otherwise they should at least mention which games they consider "manipulated".Anyway court seems the only way to go

    Why Stargames broke its rules itself . Casino must payout money automaticaly, when amount of money in account is 2500+500 and more. But Stargames thinking that he must not pay me any money let me have 4280 euro in my account ?

    Thing is they do not have strong evidence against me either,probably against the other players here as well.And strangely some of us get paid,others not (including me). Personally I don't think player should stop posting about stargames,when he is paid.They are a very fraud site IMO,all players intending to register there should be warned.

    Hey guys,I have a few announcements to make:
    1) I got my money.I received a transaction,with no other explanations from Stargames.I have written in several forums (most serious thread being here),also to the Malta ombudsman,premier-minister and to a lawyer.Why and with whose help I got my funds I have no idea.
    2)My account stays closed,which proves that Stargames wants to get rid of all skilled players without evidences.They also try their best to not even pay these players funds,and you have to write every possible place to get your money back,with huge delay ofc.
    3)I will continue to remind here and in some other forums what this site really is,and what danger it hides for all new regular players.Also I want to mention that people like Anthony(admin here) and the big mouth lady Nicole Sims,obviously get well paid from the Stargames,and they defend them in all possible way,even though Stargames have no real reasons to close most accounts they block.I am sorry but their word is worth nothing,so do not trust these people.

    Just to add if other banned players want to ask me anything about where and to who I wrote,please send me a message.Also if some of you really have to go to court,I will vouch for you.Although it seems that all players will be paid after all.They really wanted to get rid of us,they did it,but with no real evidences,it will be hard for them to retain your money.

    P.S Big thanks to MoonlightCat,he was the only person,who really seemed to care about the banned players and the reasons for our ban.He supported us all the way he can,and this will never be forgotten.Thank you for all your support,my friend!

    I am glad to see that at least a few of the players that had issues have been at least somewhat compensated after exposing this.

    Many of us understand the need for operators not to disclose how fraud checks and other checks to expose what they might consider bad actors in their player bases, but I also think a little more transparency could be expected from operators when accounts are closed, instead of a simple "You broke our terms of misconduct" there could be a little more like "We feel you broke our terms xx.x because of this or that"

    Otherwise in my opinion the emails of closed accounts with a completely ambiguous reason can do more to damage a brand then to protect it.

    Finaly Stargames pay my won money . It means that,
    1. I violate any rules of stargames terms , but stargames pay my money ,or
    2. I did not violate any rules , and Stargames wanted to steal my money
    Now i am waiting to answer from stargames , wich one is true...
