It sounds to me as if plenty of brands are having issues directly or indirectly related to the Income Access affiliate tracking software. It is to the point where it doesn't matter who's fault it is - the fact is that plenty of programs are having issues and it is disrupting business. NOW might be a good time to act immediately to fix these issues.

mcbookie commission for last month significantly dropped over night - this month has also dropped, although the figure i had chalked up so far - the stats now say it has never been at that figure this month. when i put it altogether it is looking like a case of data integrity as well as missing data which is a whole new ball game.

    Hi Shay,

As there are two thread going on about relatively the same issues, I had posted a response in the other thread last night.

As mentioned, we are working on a development regarding the Disabling banners feature that we believe has the best interest of affiliates and operators in mind.

In terms of stats being changed, if anyone affected by this can please send through examples of when this occurred, and the exact amount affected, we are always more than happy to review this. My email address is allan @ incomeaccess.com. We have always been active in working with affiliates in regards to issues they are faced with, and continue to be here to support.

    Cheers,
    Allan

Did it drop by 15% ? UK Point of Consumption Tax? Possibly run at end of month ?

janauary's commission dropped just over 25% on the 5th or 6th of february - along with the current months. however mcbookie claim there is nothing wrong with the stats, i must confess i tend to login daily and notice these things as i keep a spreadsheet of the figures including the current month. without a shadow of a doubt in my mind i can categorically state last months stats changed around the 5th or the 6th of february.

Sky Bet are by far the most consistent from what I've seen, stats have been there as early as 6am (UK) before when I've checked.

I'd guess there's different internal processes for each bookie that batch up the data and send to IA overnight - presumably Sky's data either starts processing earlier, has lower volumes or their process is slicker/quicker than some of the others. Certainly seems more robust to me for whatever reason.

    Cheers.

Two of the four IA programs we work closely with updated right after I posted my question. Now it is just the usual suspects - Gala and Coral who have yet to update.

Not mentioning names, but it has been said (yesterday) that a recent payment delay (and stats issue) was "Income Access' fault" due to issues between the IA software and the data feed.

Gala Partners not displaying conversions for yesterday in the earnings report despite showing the player's first deposit as being yesterday in the player report.

Seriously, if the reports cannot even match up consistently, how exactly is it that we're supposed to trust the numbers?

    Hi Shay/Freebetking,

If you are experiencing issues in reporting with specific programmes, I always recommend getting in touch with them so their account managers can investigate these issues for you.

Can you PM me your username and affiliate ID in the programmes you are referring to above? Would also help if you can send me an email (allan @ incomeaccess.com) with screen shots of the dates you are running the report for and what you are seeing so I can look into this for you.

    Thanks,
    Allan

Just so people are aware I got a response straight away from McBookie but forgot to add it here, it was adjustments just to POC and bonuses or something

    Hi,

Thank you all for your queries and comments. Always appreciated.

Allow us to address them as follows:

    1) Dublin Bet Links, and
    2) Migrations in general

    1) Dublin Bet:

The issue with Dublin Bets links not working was a result of the landing page on Dublin Bet no longer existing. We are working through this with both operators to restore operations as normal, and have brought this to both Dublin Bet and iGamePartners attention. While we have not been notified by the client that the landing pages have been replaced we have tested a few today that were not working when this issue was brought up and they appear to both be working

    2) Migrations:

With any migration, there are multiple parties involved in the project, and cannot be done in isolation nor by one party alone. It requires a co-ordinated effort by the brand, its technical and marketing teams, its software platform, and our teams. As mentioned before, our role is to work closely with our partners to determine a smooth transition from one system or platform to another. By that, we mean:
    · Developing a project plan based on timeframes provided, outlining the required actions by all parties
    · Driving the migration and co-ordinating all deliverables across the various parties
    · Advising our partners on their communication plan to their affiliates so they include as much information as possible, before, during and after migration
    · Advising on adequate notice periods for changing tracking links
    · Avoiding any interruption of tracking during the change from one system to another
    · Conducting the affiliate programme migration, which includes affiliates, creative and player migrations
    · Ensuring that all their data is successfully migrated

Our industry is highly based on trust and transparency, and these are two key principles of our business. We have been working with affiliates and affiliate programmes for over 13 years, and this can only be achieved through trust and consistency.

With regards to LiveCasinoPartners, whilst we are disappointed that our partnership came to an end we have communication exchanges between us including from our COO and our legal dating back to February 2012, where we were asked to pause any migration. We also specifically advised that running two separate platforms would not be cost effective.

Once again, migrations are never done in isolation. We fully accept responsibilities within our control and place great effort to support our partners for successful outcomes. Decisions and actions have to be co-ordinated and taken by all parties involved.

We hope the above serves to clarify the various aspects and responsibilities related to programme migrations.

Once again, thank you for your comments. We will continue to work closely with Dublin Bet and iGaming Partners, both of whom we have worked closely with for a number of years

As always, feel free to contact us if you have any additional queries.

    Many Thanks,

    Allan
