Same here.....still missing players in player report and some players showing that registered in 2014 but there is no activity. So I don't know why they randomly show up in the player report...

Also, whit all this going on...how do I know that deposits and so on is tracked properly.

It is sad, because I really like bgobuddies as an affiliate program, but I'm sceptical to IA.

    Hi GamblingEnthusiast and Shay,

Can you please let me know what data you are seeing missing in the player reports? Also - are you both referring to Gala?

    Thanks,
    Allan

I have a player (this month) missing the first deposit date. I have players still showing from previous months missing user name, country, registration date, and first deposit date. I've found this at Gala, Coral, and United Commissions.

There should be no missing data with respect to the players.

When a player registers should it not show in player reports ? because I am missing 75 % of players for this month in player reports and it's on bgobuddies.

And also, why are old players showing up in the report for this month with no activity ?

I posted here about my findings with the bgo migration. 98.3% of the "real money" (depositing) players over the last twelve months were transferred over. I questioned whether the "signups" (players who registered but did not deposit) also transferred over. Namely, what would happen if one of those players converted - would we get credit as the referring affiliate or would they fail to track with us...?

It may be time for GPWA to step in with a formal complaint. Unfortunately it has come to this.

A formal complaint will do not good in my opinion. I've historically noticed a pattern of how this particular sponsor treats complaints. From what I have observed, if a complaint is raised, they address it in public - almost always asking for more information. If the same issue comes up a few weeks later, they address it in public - almost always asking for more information (and treating it as if it is a new problem). So they do respond. I can't say I am satisfied with my record of success in getting problems resolved though.

I am after a fix for everyone in this matter. Do I want my own stats and tracking issues fixed? Absolutely.

However, my personal experience has caused me to lose faith in taking this matter private. I don't want to be placed in a position where "there is a fix, but I can't tell anyone what it is." - which may or may not translate to others having the same "fix". And if everyone does not have the "fix", then the odds of my having to deal with the same **** on a different day are greater.

I'd sooner back a boycott of any new brands moving to Income Access than I would backing a formal complaint against Income Access. Such a boycott would be a better use of my time and resources from my point of view.

    PS - still "not fixed"

Additional player showed up this morning at Gala Partners with a registration date but no player number, no country, & no first deposit date.

While the player is new (6 April 2015), the issue is not a brand new issue.

    And music is universal language.
Cover the violin case, because strings generating only croaking.

It's easy to blame the programs and say e.g.: "It's not our fault!".
The logical question you should ask yourself: "Too easy?"

How long will this go on I wonder. Will we soon see IA newsletters posted that tend to bury these alarming posts?

It's become clear, to me at least, that affiliates have been abandoned by IA. The comments in this thread are all valid and earned. We are talking about earnings in jeopardy.

I get the feeling IA is going to be abandoned right back. That's very good news for the competition.

    Hi Shay,

We appreciate that this is a concern for you. Our reply on March 27th was posted to address these concerns, which can be found here: (https://www.gpwa.org/forum/stats-iss...220378/p3.html.)

As mentioned in my private message, there are potential reasons for this happening. What is most important to note is that none of the data that you mention as missing would affect the commission calculations.

In order to more specifically address your concerns, it would helpful to have the information needed to do a more thorough investigation.

    Thank you,
    Allan

I do not see the post you're referring to that addresses my concerns directly. The link you provided goes to page three of the discussion thread. I will look (and give this more attention) later this evening when I return from my evening's activities.

In fact, I do not see anything posted by you in this thread on March 27, Allen. I will hold off til tomorrow sometime before responding, so that I can address your post in its full context.

The one thing I will say tonight though, is that I reject the notion that the missing data doesn't affect commission calculations.

Take player's country for example... UK has a point of consumption tax. Such a tax does not exist in other countries and as a result, they should not be taken out for those players but should be for the UK.

If the country data is missing, is the POC tax deducted regardless of country? If so (and the player is from outside the UK), I'm being cheated. If it is not - and that player is from the UK, then I am being paid too much and the Queen is being shorted.

    Allen,

Thank you for the clarification. I wasn't sure if it was that post or another post you were referring to originally. I can say that post does not completely address my concerns though.

Another case of incomplete data & disappearing players. This time, United Commissions. Yesterday, players from 13 April report date had incomplete data. Today, the data is complete when running 13 April. However, there is at least one player missing (as in, they were listed as having registered on the 13th of April and listed as a new player - but after being updated today, the player vanished into thin air).

Still having issues and as I've mentioned - my issues are not and have not been fully/properly addressed. The referenced post (24 March) did not come close.
