Rick, that registration anomaly really concerns me as well. It is something that I've not seen before. I have seen days where there were nothing reported --- and then a week or two the stats are updated - but when digging into the player report, the stars all align. The numbers and dates all add up and make sense.

Said another way - when running a single day's player report - I've never found a player who registered AFTER the date I'm running --- even in instances where the player data for that date was input late.

Gala's stats are beginning to look like they "should" (in my opinion). Coral has removed a few players it seems --- and they've not updated yesterday yet.

Both brands are still showing "incomplete" player data (no user name/country).

"Any response from Income Access sounds (to me) like it was run by the "press office" before being released."

A former employee of Income Access ought to know, what is going on.
    Right!?

Our strength is to pay attention to the little details next to the big picture.
    Tomorrow is Friday.
I will give IA a weekend goodie to think about, that the following must be changed in the coming future:

"Income Access: Our philosophy is quite the opposite what is expected of us"

IA can publish it themselves before tomorrow.

And even more players removed from Coral. Total commission data between 19 March and 23 March has been zero'd out.

    Hi Everyone,

We are finalizing our development regarding disabled banners, which has been guided in part by the feedback we’ve received here. We are confident that this solution will be received positively from all affiliates’ points of views.

In terms of stats delays, we are working internally to limit as much of these delays that are within our control, and also working with our partners to help them limit delays on their end. We understand the importance of this to affiliates, and also the importance of this to our partners.

As mentioned, the more details we can get on any of the specific issues you are facing, the easier it is for us to help us provide a solution.

    Cheers,
    Allan

And there is nothing more meaningful criterion than a review of a former employee who left the company without annoyance ("Great place to work"). The employee does not have reason or motivation to lie.

    Allen,

If you'd like specific days for this month that I see issues with (at Coral) - look at the following dates across your entire affiliate network:

18 March --- activity does not "appear" (to me) to be a complete reflection of all players on the day.

20 March --- at least 2 players have "disappeared" without a trace since updates to the stats were promised on my most recent round of complaints.

21 March --- at least two players "disappeared" without a trace.

22 March --- at least one player "disappeared" without a trace from the stats. Additionally, activity does not "appear" (to me) to be a complete reflection of all players on the day.

23 March --- activity does not "appear" (to me) to be a complete reflection of all players on the day.

Basically - that would be 18 March - 23 March that I'm noticing issues with.

Although - I do not wish to misrepresent myself here. I've felt there have been similar issues (under-reporting) at multiple brands (Gala, Coral, Affiliatehub) since November 2014.

Once the problem is identified and fixed (hint - probably within the duplicate suppression software) - rerun affiliate data from previous months. I think you'll find there's a lot of activity that is off the grid. I do not think this problem is done "on purpose" or to "cheat" anyone. I do think it is an honest oversight caused by people tinkering with settings and not understanding the full implications of their tinkering. I also think this will result in a significant amount of activity and earnings floating to the surface that affiliates have missed out on benefiting from.

I look forward to reading the teaser and blog post about how the award winning team at Income Access assisted affiliates in getting fairly and correctly compensated.

Add to the above - 26 March has not updated at United Commissions despite a full update for 27 March.

Shay, thank you for posting particulars regarding your concerns. Tracking issues are important all of us.

I am willing to help test links is anyone feels they need assistance.

Leopold, Income access has been responsive and willing to look into all concerns including taking affiliate feedback to implement improvements. No one person or company is perfect, but IA are good people that want to do right by affiliates, I agree with Shay's statement I don't think they are trying to "cheat" anyone. If you have a particular issue that you want them to address, I know they would be happy to listen.

To all, we are adults here, it's time we act like it. The backhanded insults, accusations and snide remarks will no longer be tolerated. It is my fault for letting them go on for so long, it is creating an environment that the vast majority are uncomfortable with. Let's stick to the facts and conduct ourselves in a professional way.

very interesting statement that is. I have never been asked or voiced an opinion really either way, so hope you are NOT speaking on my behalf with that quote

I agree with Anthony. As an affiliate I'm not uncomfortable. If I was a program on IA with no affiliate issues however I would be extremely uncomfortable. I wouldn't want to be lumped in.

To be fair, these issues have been going on for years with no fixes. A quick google will show you that. Ex (2012): What working programs with Income Access do not run scams?

If IA would only have applied a fix long ago we wouldn't be here. As is is affiliates tend to get more aggressive. Not saying it's right but I understand it. One tends to give up hope after awhile and it's not a small thing to feel your funds are missing.

I don't think IA is cheating either. Myself, I have one of my most successful programs on IA. I think we'd all like to see these threads a thing of the past. The only way to do that is for IA to get it done.

Thank you Shay for your diligence.

    Hi Everyone,

There have been a few different topics brought up on this thread, and I want to take this opportunity to provide you with a response.

    Data Imports and Responsibility:
There have been several questions/comments about our data imports and how this is done. As mentioned before, Income Access automatically imports operator data for each individual programme. The frequency of the imports may vary for different programmes. All data is imported automatically.

    Missing Data or Delayed Imports:
There are a range of factors that can impact stats imports. One of the most common factors is a delay in receiving data, particularly as many programmes have multiple platform providers that update data at different intervals/times of day and these need to be aggregated by each player. If you have questions or concerns related to missing or delayed data, please talk to your affiliate manager first.

Have you spoken to the respective brand’s affiliate manager to resolve your queries and have your concerns been addressed? Please let us know.
    Troubleshooting information needed:
If you are unable to resolve any items directly with your affiliate manager we are happy to help. To follow up on your behalf we would need the following:
    · programme in question
    · details of the query, i.e., missing/delayed data
    · dates in question
    · who you contacted to address the issue

This can be sent to us via email, PM or we are always available to have a call.

As we mentioned before, any factors related to reporting, tracking, missing stats or data discrepancies have a direct impact on us as they do you and that is why we take it very seriously.

We are happy to support, and we cannot resolve issues in isolation. We need your co-operation to be able to help.

    Many Thanks,
    Allan

Briefly for the record - any issue I've presented here has been presented first to our AM and either unsuccessfully resolved and/or we were told that the issue we described is an "Income Access issue". Mind you, the main issue has been going on since at least November 2014.

In addition to my above post - I want to point out that these issues continue to exist and that nothing in the most recent "press release" does anything to address the above or fix the above quoted issues. I also want to point out that the number of players we're talking about that have disappeared do represent a statistically significant portion of new players for the month. This is not an isolated, one-off incident.

I also remain curious about the impact of the "duplicate suppression" software and the impact on our stats it has. I again understand that the duplicate suppression is run before data is imported to IA - but again - if IA's job is to collect and report all activity to be credited to the affiliate and the duplicate suppression software is capable of removing such activity - then IA is not being allowed the vull and complete opportunity to do its job - and especially so if the duplicate software is set differently than its stated intention.

"Leopold, Income access has been responsive and willing to look into all concerns including taking affiliate feedback to implement improvements."
A tracking company responsibility is to prevent that tracking = money vanished!
Not after it happened ... before (!) that could happen.

"No one person or company is perfect, but IA are good people that want to do right by affiliates, I agree with Shay's statement I don't think they are trying to "cheat" anyone."
Nobody said that, but they are obviously too lazy or to hype to invest their 100.000+ that they receive from their clients every month in a 100% perfect software development. Most readers don't know, that every client have to pay 2k/3k+ every month. We are yelling if a hoster has a uptime lower than 99%, but if the weakest link in the chain the webmaster lose thousands of Euro/Dollar because of a software that does not work properly, than this is no reason to downplay something.

I have information about people who worked with IA and there is low focus on software accuracy. The major focus is on marketing!

"If you have a particular issue that you want them to address, I know they would be happy to listen."
And the replies are going to "Hi everyone"? And asking for data is also the new style here?

"The backhanded insults, accusations and snide remarks will no longer be tolerated. It is my fault for letting them go on for so long, it is creating an environment that the vast majority are uncomfortable with. Let's stick to the facts and conduct ourselves in a professional way."

Now we are back to the GPWA sponsor protection pattern?

It's up to IA to start the "professional way" in investing their money into software development instead in marketing only. I have spoken with people, who are 10+ years in business, with program employees, with independent people and also my own experiences show, that the software of IA does not work properly.
This is a simple fact. You can censor this or downplay it or do other things to hide it. So many people can't be wrong and every reader only need to scroll up a few post to see the evidence from an employee, data that can be published without problems because it's public.

So many reported tracking issues here on GPWA!
    All minor idiots?
    Scroll through this program area.

"To be fair, these issues have been going on for years with no fixes."

    "FOR YEARS WITH NO FIXES"

    Leopold

All I know is I have not had any issues with other stats/ affiliate software since 2004 but constantly having issues with IA powered casinos, SO I am just simply done promoting them on my network. Some casinos are a bit shocked when I tell them when you move off IA let me know but its not worth my time to babysit tracking and links.

No one is censoring anything here at the GPWA. We have not in the past nor are we now. Let's keep this thread on track here about I/A.

There are many affiliates here that have had issues with the tracking and have either posted about it here, or have discussed it directly with affiliate managers as well as I/A representatives. Each time you have been asked about any specific issues YOU have not provided any information about specific issues either here or directly to any I/A reps so they would have more information about potential issues.

Calling them lazy actually gets no where and does nothing to help I/A nor the affiliates that have stated issues. As I have stated previously, the fact that Allan and other I/A reps continue to read such remarks, and mostly overlook them, and continue to stay professional and work with affiliates trying to get these issues resolved says a lot for their team, despite the fact that you want to berate them for it.

I too am concerned that there may be issues and that fixes for some should have been a long time ago, and hope that fixes are forthcoming soon, but honestly, would it be better that they were not here and just ignored affiliates, or is it better they put up with the bitching and stay on the problem?
