You know, I'm getting a real education here.

Coming from the poker side of this business where I can cheer for my players when they're winning, knowing a winning player is probably going to generate more commission for me than a losing player since my commissions are based on rake.... the more the player plays, the more I earn. With that in mind, it makes sense for me to send my players to the rooms that I believe they'll enjoy and be able to win at. For example, I send new (novice) players to rooms like Cool Hand Poker where they won't get run over by much better players. I send better players to rooms where there is constant action at the higher stakes levels so they'll always be able to find a game that suits them.

Comparing that philosophy to the casino side of the industry where we only earn commissions on player losses, it makes sense from an affiliate's perspective to actually endorse casinos with ridiculously low cash-out restrictions. If my sole motivation is to earn as much commission as possible, I should place SupremePlay at the top of my page and help them milk my players for every last cent.

I guess that's why there are still so many portals promoting roguish casinos....

Or, I can act ethically and send my players to casinos that act more like B&M establishments, the ones that actually allow winning players to cash out their money when they feel like it with no restrictions. Maybe not as profitable in the short term. Hopefully, players will respect that decision and recognize my portal as a player friendly site.

I choose the high road. Profitable or not, at least I'll be able to sleep at night.

    Sorry for the long rant....

they do and I found easily enough, just didn't post it. I found it on the cashier page under withdrawals. right where I'd expect to find it instead of burried in the terms.

It doesn't make sense anyway. not exceeding $4k but over $5k?

All payout's over $5,000 will be paid out via installments not exceeding $4,000 per week or as per mutual agreement with his/her personal account manager.

For example, a $15,000 winner will be paid $4,000 in week one, $4,000 in week two, $4,000 in week three, and $3,000 in week four.

As you say the Terms are stated there...My issue is not being able to cashout winnings but once a week!! So, rather than being able to cash out the total you want to withdraw, and then receive the winnings on a weekly basis, the remainder above the $2000 has to stay in the account, week by week!!

That's just not right, not to allow players to cashout winnings.

    -------------------------------------------------------------

More stalling..I sent in Fax Forms 2 days ago, which they say they didn't get, so now they have to review them, before making payment.

I thought the idea of net wallets to prevent having to do this? My netwallet handles all this id crap, doesn't it? Why do I need to send in forms to withdraw back to the same net wallet anyway?

It just seems that more and more casinos are finding ways to chase of players (more likely winners), but they forget about "the Law of diminishing returns" while they pursue this policy.

    Just to update:

Thus far, since Friday, SupremePlay has paid out 1/2 of what they owe me.

I'm still waiting to hear why they haven't paid the rest. I'm told I need to speak to this one guy who can tell me what's happening with my cashout.

    And they want me back?

And a week later, SupremePlay still has no finished paying me wha they owe.

They keep saying that Rival had problems, and now they will find out when I will be paid. But no one seems to know!

    Default Changed thread title

I changed the title of this thread to reflect the current situaion.

It is important, not only that I get my money, but also because Pantasia has been a major player as a Rival casino.

If Pantasia is in trouble, not paying a winner of the small amount of $1K, then it should be known, and GPWA has to take steps to deal with this situaion.

Find out what is going on with Pantasia.

Affiliates can't get in contact - no response to emails, live chat closed.

What is going on with this group???

    Speculation:

Perhaps Pantasia opened too many casinos, too quickly, overexposing themselves to risk, without taking into account the marked fluctuations in the gambling biz.

This is purely speculation on my part, but it seems that something is not working properly in the way things are going. Maybe somone just geeked up the money.

Maybe they have been caught in the payment processing squeeze, and their funds are tied up with a processor who was using a US targeted bank to process funds.

Whatever the situation is, they need to do more than run and hide, while still taking player bets, and acting as though this will go away.

We have seriously cut the rival exposure on our website since February.I make Pantasia a great deal of money as i have been sending them xxx players a month but even in our best months of $xx,xxx a month commission it takes 3-4 days to get a reply.

I will also send them another email. They told me before I left for Prague, this would be resolved.

    Hi Anthony,

Thanks for getting involved and trying to get them to pay.

Ya know, from the times I've spoken to support, I get he impression they don't think they should have to pay the remaining $1K. Since they paid half, that should be enough!!

And they can't understand why I'm not satisfied??!!

They made the rules, and I followed them and won. But I don't deserve any more of their money!!

It's really outrageous when I think about it.

    Hi all,

    Sorry for your troubles Liz.

Should it be noted however that when speaking of Rivals, (which i myself am often guilty) but any way should it be noted this isn't a problem with all the casinos powered by Rival.

I say that because I cashed out in like 2 'r 3 days at Box24, and with no hassles (faxback) via eWallet.

And last i ask so if there is a problem with box24 that I can adjust accordingly. But I haven't read anything but good about them.
Almost Here! How would you like to be able to get not just one sign up from your player, or even a couple, but every single casino they join from here on? I've a plan that can make that happen and it will likely also tell you every time the player is active within the casino.

For some reason, my payment said "Pantasia" as the recipient. What was I to think about that?

In any case, I'll believe in a payment when I see it in my account.

I've become cynical during this ordeal, and it has been an ordeal.

It should not be this way for a player to have to go through this to get paid.

If the payment shows up, I'll indicate that in the thread title.

Well, somehow they overlooked my payment today.

I guess they were so busy paying all those winners who cashed out before I did (May 19 for me), they just were worn out!!

Once again, I've just talked to Supreme Play - this is the chat log:

    Chat Transcript
info: Please wait for a site operator to respond.
info: You are now chatting with 'Nathan'
    Nathan: hi
Nathan: how may i help you?
Name - Elizabeth : Hello Nahan, I"m still waiting for the wirhdrawal for $1000
    Name - Elizabeth : What
Name - Elizabeth : is the story this time?
    Nathan: one moment
Nathan: you cash out request was approved and will be transfered very soon
Name - Elizabeth : so I've been told for over a week now...when is "very soon"
Name - Elizabeth : I was told it would be paid yesterday, but it didn't show up
Name - Elizabeth : why not?
Name - Elizabeth : Who is in charge of this stuff?
Nathan: julien is in charge and he will be in tomorrow
Nathan: and last wek you just requested your cash out and sent your docs
Name - Elizabeth : check again Nathan, my withdrawal has been in "processing" since May 19
Name - Elizabeth : today is June 2
Name - Elizabeth : so Julien can't pay today b/c he isn't in then?
Nathan: he is not doing the processing by himself
Nathan: but he gave for a cpuple of days now the his approval
Nathan: rival is doing the processing
Name - Elizabeth : sure, ok
info: Your chat transcript will be sent to
So, according to Nathan, it is in Rival's hands...and it is Rival's fault that my payment has not been made....this time. SupremePlay has taken a long time to "approve" this.

Does Rival make payments for all their casinos?

To my knowledge yes. Except for Sloto, Affiliatewide, BetUS who pay themselves. Not sure if any others do but the so called white labels all pay through Rival.

Guess what?? I still haven't been paid.

Regardless of who is responsible, it is still inexcusable!!

I'm not allowing this issue to die...too many players are in this same situation, playing offers according to the rules, and when they win, a casino can decide they don't want to pay.

It cannot be tolerated with no voice speaking out about it...loudly!!
