Here is the Term from the Website:

1.8.4. The maximum sum of a single withdrawal is $2000. Larger sums will be paid in installments. Each installment will not be larger than $2000. Installment will be paid once per week.
Oncre again, players are hammered by casinos taking money for bets, and not honoring their own rules!!

With anyone else, when one party changes the rules mid-transaction, it's called "cheating"!!

GPWA needs to take a look at this Breach of Terms.

Yea that's garbage. Some of these small time casino wannabe's shouldn't even be allowed to accept deposits if they are gonna hold you hostage like that. I guess max weekly cashouts are pretty standard in the industry, I don't like them but it is what it is. But they at least need to honor their own nickel and dime $2K per week.

Yes it makes sense to me. Unfortunately.

There are many casino sites out there that are really small operators with almost no cashflow out there pretending to be running a serious business.

It's a shame that affiliates promote these sort of places as being acceptable and well rated ... and it's a shame that you were "tricked" into depositing your money.

Having said that - I hope that you get paid in a fortnights time - and then have the sense to close your account and never play there again.

You make a great point here and I find your advise very useful. Thanks!!

I make an effort to have the highest and always improving traffic. Therefore it is very important for me to know how to spot professional and established gaming programs. Can anyone share some good tips on how to go about this?

    Hi
Sorry there was a mistake and its that the max cash out is $2000 a week,

its not that there is no cash flow, this is by and large what a lot of the casinos go by give or take some.

This has to do with a number of reasons, but we would like to re assure you its not due to lack of funds.

    Congrates on the big win

The reasons for placing such low cashout restrictions are obvious and short sighted. Sure, the customer will likely gamble most of the winnings back while waiting for "next week' to arrive. But, that customer is much less likely to redeposit in the future.

The cashout terms are predatory and no ethical affiliate who cares about their players will promote a casino that imposes such terms.

If you look into this nearly every casino software has a limit on withdrawals ranging from 1500 a week up to 10,000 per week.

I have only come across 1 software which does not have limits other then that all the casino software providers do have limits.

We are by far not the only casino that does and this certainly does not mean that there is a cash flow problem with the casino its self.

That is not the issue here.

The issue is your terms and conditions state payments will be make weekly not exceeding $2000 and your customer service is saying every two weeks.

All we want you to do is abide by your own terms.

Thank you for addressing this issue.

I am noticing a lot of casinos have these payout restrictions in place now.

As I have stated the CS rep made a mistake and that our cash out limit is 2000 a week, we will and have always paid out winnings.

yeah, they do this hoping that you will probably play and lose some of the money before you can have the chance to cash it out. Are there any online casinos that don't have a cashout limit like that? I know that Rushmore has this also. It's a pretty good rule for them but not so great for the players

Yep, I'm playing it back...lmao, which is why they do this.

Just b/c lots of casinos are doing it doesn't make it right. They take they money for a bet, and should pay out the winnings when they lose the bet!!

Saying they have "payout limits" violates the rule of fair play. They are not playing fair. They will issue an "IOU", is that right?

It's operating procedures like this that convince opponents to online gambling that it isn't on the up-and-up. They point to something like this as proof that online casinos are run by shady operators, who are not held accountable to anyone.

Players are paid at the leisure (or not) of the casinos, something that wouldn't happen in a land based casino. You win a jackpot, you're paid immediately.

Magic Money is at $43K. What happens when someone wins it? How long do they wait for their cash? Casinos promote the Progressive Jackpots as a reason to play, while spending money to win it means nothing, b/c you're not likely to ever see the money anyway.

I looked long and hard to find any other casino that has a cash-out restriction as low as yours but didn't find one. The closest I could find was $4,000. Here are my results:

32Red - The maximum payout for any one 24-hour period for any one customer is £120,000 in the casino and £100,000 on the poker network. The daily maximum payout in the casino excludes winnings on 32Red's progressive casino games, payouts of which are governed by the Jackpot amount.

Jackpot City has no restrictions listed.

Fortune Lounge has no restrictions listed.

    Betway has no restrictions listed.

    Slotocash has no restrictions listed.

    Nordicbet has no restrictions listed.

    Slotastic has no restrictions listed.

Oddsmaker has a cap of $4,000 per week

Winward casino has no restrictions listed.

Jackpot games Casino - Payments of winnings for games with real money such as a Jackpot winnings are capped at € 5,000 per week (depending upon the winnings currency) until the entire sum is paid in full.

    Slotland has no restrictions listed.

    iNetBet has no restrictions listed.

Lucky Live Casino has no restrictions listed.

Bet Phoenix - Payouts shall be processed at a maximum of $4,000.00 per week.

Thanks for going to the effort of that Pokerkeep and making a detailed list.
    Kudos!

I couldn't be bothered responding to it (lazy I know) as NONE ofthe European casinos we cover have ANYTHING like it either!

I've got the limits posted up somewhere .. .. list of withdrawal limits and casino bonuses ,

almost all the Rival, Vegas Tech and RTGs have some sort of cap on their cashouts.

I post the limits so my players know going in what the deal is.
Almost Here! How would you like to be able to get not just one sign up from your player, or even a couple, but every single casino they join from here on? I've a plan that can make that happen and it will likely also tell you every time the player is active within the casino.

That is a great idea that we also use when we promote our partners.

One of the things we regularly put in our newsletters and a great selling point for the great partners we promote.

Yep, found it on the bottom of the cashier page and it's actually $4K:

All payout's over $5,000 will be paid out via installments not exceeding $4,000 per week or as per mutual agreement with his/her personal account manager.
