Default Video Clips - what's allowed?

How do casinos feel about you using video recordings of their casino on your site? Do they have rules about what you can and can't record or is everything permissible for review purposes? What about the live casino rooms, are there rules about recording the live croupiers?

Surprised not to get a response to this! Although I haven't seen that many video reviews..

LatestCasinoBonuses is making some nice video reviews of casinos they're promoting.
I don't see why anything would be forbidden, it's advertising and players can see all that by themselves when they check particular video-reviewed casino

I didn't see this thread earlier.

It's totally fine for us if you did it. I can't speak on behalf of other groups though. I can't imagine why it would be a problem though.

Reviews are generally considered "fair use".

This is a really good article on the topic.

Lightbulb Videos are made to be popular

I have a bunch of different online casino videos on 2 portals. I have never made one. I have never had a complaint.

I guess it's similar to using their logos. You're just promoting them, it's not like you're giving away sensitive information. Might be worth emailing the affiliate managers directly.
