Sounds like you just need editing software and a supercomputer to process the rendering.

You can find software that records what is on your computer screen. That would be a first step.

What kind of content do you want for video, with Images, text etc? Recording you can do through Window media player also if have windows system installed.

I'm looking for something that can record what's happening on my screen, then afterwards allow me to edit and add on layers of text in boxes etc. Nothing massively complicated - I'd be creating 60 second movies at most.

I use Final Cut on the Mac to edit my video. I also use Movavi Screen Studio for screen recordings, again on the Mac. With a Sony HD Camcorder for recording yours truly.

Video content does increase the stickability of your pages and is also good for SEO.
