Yeah they did, sent a grumpy email saying they hadn't done anything wrong and didnt break any terms. I just want to leave it there, but i wont be promoting them anymore. No Hard feelings, but they need to fix their terms and conditions thats forsure.

Forgot to say, There are avenues you can take complaints, despite casinos thinking you cant. I filed my complaint with the https://www.gamingcontrolcuracao.org/contact.

If they get enough complaints about a program or casino they will act i was told on the phone from them.

Unsure if it was them that contacted them, but the issue for me is resolved.
