Website In The Process Of Being Stolen

Any help would be appreciated. Some complete muppet is attempting to steal my entire website:

They have basically stolen everything coding, graphics, content....it's an exact duplicate which they are in the process of converting to spanish.....they have not changed any of the links yet...which gave the game away as it showed up in my stats and i did not recognise the url so clicked through....

Just checked the sites and, just as you confirmed, the betfred links on 'their' pages direct to your affiliate account with us.

We're looking right now at whether we can identify if they have already opened an account with us - we'll keep an eye out over the coming days but if you let us know as soon as you see anything or if they change their links then we'll act as quickly as we can to make sure they are not going to get paid.

The homepage appears to be established..... http://www.bonobux.es so i reckon they do have affiliate accounts set up already. I've just spoke to the host and they should be removing it shortly...cheers for all the help.

Yeah, although not registered with us yet, not using that URL anyway.

I notice the 'original' site is promoting Stan's and VC which are places I've worked in the past. I've contacted friends on the aff teams at each place, sending a link to this thread and listing the ID of the affiliate with their respective programmes so they can decide what action they take.

Keep me posted if you get any further detail.

Cheers for the heads-up Chistoff - that banner of ours looked so old I didn't even recognise it as one of ours!

I've located the account, closed access and blocked possibility of any payments going out. Affiliate has been emailed and asked to clarify this situation.

Fill that in, Google will remove the site from their results within hours. I've used it several times successfully in the last few days.

With regard to getting the whole site take down, you need to find the host and email them, They may well resolve it after a quick email explaining the situation, if not then you can file another DMCA notice.
