Check your stats? Although, I guess that can be a good thing or bad... but it's a calculated gamble!

I blew my knee out about 18 months back riding a dirt bike and have trouble getting around now. at 45 I'm not optimistic things will get better since i don't have the money to get the operation to perhaps fix the problem.

I tend to bottle up things rather than let go (depsite my opinionated posts, imagine what i'd be like if i really said it like I see it lol) .. and lately I've found myself with terrible stomach pains which checking stats isn't helping at all the way things have been lately.

My mate is taking care of her grandparents 16 hours a day and I'm footing the bill for that, watching the kids (hers but I love 'em) and trying to make a living at the same time. Its not working out well at all.

felt good to write that out though ... and I'm going to make a better effort to get out and limp around the neighborhood.

    was a good thread. thanks.
Almost Here! How would you like to be able to get not just one sign up from your player, or even a couple, but every single casino they join from here on? I've a plan that can make that happen and it will likely also tell you every time the player is active within the casino.

writing it all out can really help too, even if no one reads it.

Otherwise something as simple as going for a walk usually calms anyone down and clears the mind. I have been tensing up lately due to work and I forgot how nice walks can be for a change.
I hear that John. Hitting a bag at the gym or even just going for a run always helps me. Without some sort of release it gets to be a bit much.

When I get angry, its time to hit the gym and pull up and push down those weights. This is only for short term issue's called the BURN. For more serious things, its good to have a partner who listens to me and together we usually can work things out.

Walk away and workout that is what I do, nothing like turning on the ipod and just working off the frustration and I always find music helps me get my mind off stressful things too.

When all that fails I just say %$#^ it!! And open a bottle

I tend to think about people with problems greater than mine, it puts everything into perspective.

Failing that, there is a lot of very good scientific evidence coming through saying that learning how to meditate properly can work wonders. Just doing 15 minutes a day can change the make-up of the emotional part of the brain and make life better.

I personally turn my computer off and take my frustration out in cleaning my house, that I dont get to do when im in the happy mode. LOL. Then when im done I take a bath in my nice and clean tub, and get back to work.

Okay that's a joke, I turn my comp of and start cleaning my house out of frustration and after about a half hour im wondering what im missing and imagining all the emails and skypes that im going to be behind on when I get back so i end up walking back to the comp laughing at myself and my workaholic mind frame.
