Look at the first screenshot in this thread, which was created on the 1st of November. My players magically stopped depositing from the 14th to the 31st of Oct. That is 18 days in a row with zero deposits. Very strange indeed compared to the history of my account.

There was no such agreement whatsoever on min player requirements, it was a flat guarantee that you wanted of which i agreed to. In fact i recall one month where you delivered no new players and we spoke about this and you even jokingly said to me "Am i running a charity".

Just remember that I have the original Skype chat about this so I can prove that you are twisting things around.

Again, there is nothing magical here.. Players simply did not play over that period and then started up again. Why this occurred I can never know apart from contacting these players to ask why they didn't play over that period. Not practical.

This is for Oct leading into November as we have discussed. As you have already stated you thought that we removed your players from the 14th Oct and then put them back on the 1st Nov.. you can clearly see there is game play between these dates, yes no deposits but game play... Why no deposits I honestly cant answer this.. players play when they want to play..

Summary: My stats basically went dead for 18 days after I informed you that I was canceling our deal. That's a pretty big coincidence.

I've removed all links to Yebo Casino from my site and won't be promoting it again.

That's where I'm leaving it now as I have other more important work.

I agree itdoes seem a strange coincidence that the stats came back to life suddenly after being 'dead'. It's not a great sign is it.

Unfortunately in that screenshot we don't have player numbers though. How many active accounts etc would have been really useful data cos I've seen 1-2 players go dead then come back, but if it's 10-20+ then it's highly unlikely that they'd all just go dead then suddenly come back.

Total signups + total active accounts and individual account data would help here.

But does nobody else see an issue with the fact that this affiliate went to the forum screaming that people were running illegal blackhat PPC campaigns (https://www.gpwa.org/forum/google-ad...ca-229351.html) but the affiliate himself had been running the campaigns in question until he had a falling out with the operator that he was promoting on his own blackhat ppc pages?

I would say that its just as bad and unethical as the operators that you are alleging are defrauding you. Wow the nerve of some people when it comes to money...

What I meant by that was that if Google Adwords allowed the promotion of online casinos in South Africa then we all could participate legally. That would put us all on a level playing field and be fair to all.

That's a load of bullsh!t, you would have mentioned that in your post if that was the case, you didn't because you knew you were in the same boat as the people you were calling out. You only acknowledged this after that account manager outed you with the chat transcripts.

And it doesn't matter if you only ran it for 6 weeks, you knew what you were doing was wrong and you did it anyways, doesn't matter if it was 6 weeks, 6 days, 6 hours, you knowingly circumvented the Adwords policies to get your ads listed where they shouldn't have been.

Your GPWA accreditations should be reviewed because you knowingly used malicious search engine techniques, which are clearly in violation of the terms set forth by the GPWA.

The average uniques per month for the last six months = 19.8
Ftd's for the entire year to end of Oct = 8 (Really poor and a fraction of the previous year.)

By uniques per month do you mean unique users?
8 FTDs is poor I agree, especially if it compares badly to previous performance

So the issues are:

- New owners came in, immediately revenue dropped and performance dropped including low conversion %
We've all seen this before in this industry and it stinks. It seems like all we can do about it is drop the program/reduce coverage as no-one is really batting for us.

- You then had a disagreement with the casino and terminated the deal for top positions on the site. Immediately deposits and players stopped, a 'funny' coincidence.
This is the biggest concern for me, as you said, if proven this shows affiliate programs can turn on or off our stats like a tap.

- The casino is also taking part in Adwords that might seek to gain an unfair advantage over its own affiliates. Probably the least of the issues really (in my opinion), as PPC is a bit of a minefield anyway, but in the context of the other stuff, it is another potential stain on the owners of this casino.

I'd be very interested if you can dig in to player data at individual account level on that software? Stats are your friend here, if you can show the days before had average of 20 accounts active, then it suddenly drops to nothing on the day you have a disagreement, then I think we can close this case here and now and mark them as rogue. I know off this I wouldn't touch them with a bargepole anyway.
