    Posted on MSE:

"What is the offer now then?
I only saw the 10% deposit on their site.
How many of these things can we combine?
RAF, Cashback, 10% and this £25 of which you speak?

    Many Thanks"

If it is setup in a way that people get RAF/Cashback only when they are eligible for the reloads in the above suggested model then you'll combine nothing.

And if you hadn't known about it, your lobbying efforts could never have materialised, right? Again I say, this is why these things should be the open.

Has anyone been unfairly critial of Casino Rewards? I think not.

Has anyone libeled anyone? Flamed anyone? "Jeopardised the resolution by going public"?

    I think not.

Yet these are the reasons I see put forward for keeping these things behind closed doors, under wraps and hush-hush. How odd, because it clearly works.

Or is the real reason the industry likes things under wraps that it doesn't want the **** getting into the public domain, and stands a better chance of sticking it to the player if it's all kept private?

Yuh, I wonder. Answers on a postcard.

Yes, that is the point. They do, as they did the right thing. They emerge with credit.

Casino Rewards does not. Casino Rewards has still chosen to NOT include that 25% max bet term in the bonus page T & C.

Previously, you could argue for an oversight. Now, you cannot.

This is what the bonus term page currently says:

    12) In the event that the casino deems a player to have misused a casino account for...(cut cut cut)...will be suspended until such times as the player demonstrates a playing history whereby a risk of personal funds is periodically demonstrated at the casino.

In addition to the above, by taking part in any promotion or activity with our casino, you agree inherently to abide by the full casino terms and conditions.

This is what it clearly should say:

    12) In the event that the casino deems a player to have misused a casino account for...(cut cut cut)...will be suspended until such times as the player demonstrates a playing history whereby a risk of personal funds is periodically demonstrated at the casino.

    13) The Casino reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings for irregular play. 'Irregular play' includes but is not limited to any one or more of the following types of play:

Placing single bets equal to or in excess of 25% or more of the value of the bonus credited to the account prior to the play-through requirement for that bonus having been met (etc etc)

In addition to the above, by taking part in any promotion or activity with our casino, you agree inherently to abide by the full casino terms and conditions.

So why has Casino Rewards not simply cut & pasted rule 13 into its rightful place?

Casino Rewards is willfully deceiving its customers. It knows the issue.

The Casino Rewards affiliate programme, along with rep Renee et al, may be honest as the day is long - in that regard, I also acknowledge this comment:

But Casino Rewards is not. I am very grateful for Casino Rewards's respecting the KGC ruling and paying the player his €5000, let's be clear about that. But the job is only half done, as other players are still going to go down the route Hans went down.

The current rule placement is the accepted industry standard.

As I said; patently not good enough.

You're being very generous with your job half done thing.

The current bonus model is fatally flawed - and you've got the solution how to go about it.

I must say I agree here. I question why a casino group with an impeccable reputation would not come full circle here and make things as clear as possible with this term so it doesn't happen again. Sorry Renee but this seems like a deliberate attempt to hide this term. You guys have a whole book written there about terms for this bonus offer, why would they still want to put the term that caused this big mess in the first place on another page? The only conclusion I can come up with for doing this is that they know it's an issue, they know players won't like the term and they know it will hurt conversions once players learn about it. So by putting it on another page they can continue to bank off players who break this term but never get to the cashout stage, so it never comes into play.

This is nothing personal Renee, you know I like you but this is not what I would expect from casinorewards. Their reluctance to making this term black and white is very telling imo, especially considering this 20 page thread was caused by the term being on another page in the first place. Sure players should read both pages, but if you have a term that you know causes problems (case and point this 20 page thread) I think the smart thing to do would be to ask yourselves why did this situation happen and what can we do to make sure it never happens again. But they already know all this, so again I question why the necessary adjustments were not made to prevent this from happening again.

Because at least 80% of the problems associated with bonuses are caused by advantage players (especially their gnoming friends) and they are a constanst source of trouble - just take a look at Casinomeister. Therefore it's time to screw them over completely yokspot.

Nonsense. You take the time to be a gnome and can't cashout because you don't know the game casinos play?

Come on. You can't have it both ways.

    Posted on Casinomeister:

"These examples of bonuses on here are not bonuses. They are deposit penalties. Players making deposits taking these offers are being penalised for depositing money into their casino account. There is no reward here, no incentive and no value in these offers.

If I received an email with this kind of promotion the first thing I would be thinking is what have I done to deserve this. Real bonuses should be giving the player an incentive to make that next deposit. They certainly should not be punishing the player with such negative promotions.

Players hark on about poor customer service, but for my money these kind of offers are the ultimate in poor service, as I would be getting poor value for money. So all the professionalism and politeness from so called good customer support becomes meaningless, if they serve up these kind of promotions.

These promotions are also an insult to peoples intelligence, the casino is preying on the gullible or inexperienced, who may take them up on their offer.
Even a trained chimpanzee could work out this offer is crap."

You can of course continue to play this kind of games with your paying customers joeyl & co - but take a look at the situation in Vegas right now where this will end.

Enough of this nonsense. I'll post this once only - I'm not going derail any more than necessary this thread.

Nitro is a multi-forum multi-troll. He's already be banned fully three times at Bailey's:

    http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/nitro.html

    http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/nitro2.html

He tried to duck under the radar last week with a different username, but didn't fool anyone:

    http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/aldian.html

He signed up fully fifteen times at Beating Bonuses - put "Nitro" in the search box here and see the cascading usernames, if you want a little shock:

    http://www.beatingbonuses.com/forums/search.php?f=4

The webmaster was more tolerant than Bailey.

In regard to his multi-forum account IDs, the BB webmaster said this in defence of the troll's apparent unchecked abuse of his board and why the heck he wasn't IP-barred:

It's more complicated than with most users, as he goes through IP addresses and free emails in a similar manner to the multi-accounters he attacks.
In other words, for all this off-topic ranting about "fraudsters", he uses the exact same techniques himself that fraudsters use.

Fact is, this troll doesn't have an opinion as such. When he first appeared at BB he was on a one-man crusade on the art of preventing the death of advantage play. Now he's on a one-man crusade in support of the exact opposite, because to a man, all the members told him to push off and take it somewhere else.

I'm all for freedom of speech on the boards, and I admire and have probably benefitted from Michael's libertarian attitude to the matter, but this troll is out to do nothing but cause trouble.

Can he please be given his own "bonus rant" thread? It is compleely irrelevant to this one.

Nitro it would be a good idea to start another thread or two to discuss the issues that are not directly associated with this one.

It's the same kind of talent that caused the last two postings (and the bans of course) - the first is a resort to personal attacks due to lack of arguments and the second is a response to a comment i wrote in an other thread on this board (BTW if you aspire to become my accountant yokspot you should count the bans on MSE too because their number is > 50). There is no need to post anything anymore in this thread since i am done with this "project". As of now it is possible to screw over APs/gnomes whenever desired and there is a model how to deal with this problem once and for all in the future so i am quite satisfied with the outcome (there were other possibilities how to go about it but with at least 99% of the APs simply not interested they'll get what they deserve).

    Hi guys

Sorry for the delay in another response here, but I wanted to get some info before I posted again..

After some meetings, it has been decided that the T&Cs location will be reviewed. I will keep everyone posted on the outcome, although without speculating I'm pretty positive it will be one that EVERYONE in this thread is happy about

Please keep in mind that we have 19 casinos, all with multi-lingual websites that will need to be changed with the result of the revision, so this process may take a little longer than expected. However, I will ensure I keep everyone up to date as and when I receive any further info.

For the sake of not repeating myself, I will only post again once I have new information.

    Cheers

    Hi everyone,
I wish to thank you all for your recent support. I believe that this case showed, that the GPWA has a lot of weight when such complaints need to be resolved. I am pretty sure that the Kahnawake Commission read all your comments prior to its ruling.

Hey Hans thanks for dropping by. I suppose the GPWA can be used for something. Accepting half indeed a wise choice I personally think this was all you deserved.

My rather belated Casino Rewards warning

Unjustifiable weekly cashout cap, and still no action on the hidden terms issue raised in the Kahnawake report.

As I mentioned in my last post, the T&Cs are being reviewed.

Keep in mind that we have 19 casinos all available in over 15 languages with an even higher number of websites, and the guys are trying to organise it so that all of the casinos can pull from one place so that if one is updated all of them will be updated to avoid any discrepancies or missing terms.

As you can imagine (as I'm sure you would know if you're a coder) it is a big job, so it takes time. I was told the other day that the project is in progress, and that all of the T&Cs will be on one page, including the sign up bonus specific T&Cs.

Once it has been completed, or I have any NEW information, I'll update the thread as I mentioned last time.

    Cheers

The bonus T&C's need to accessible from that central login-page where bonus credits can be redeemed at any of the properties or at least a reminder to read them.

Are terms accessible from within the casino? If not they should be.

The T&Cs are available on the website as well as on registration (a link next to the box which the user has to tick to say they have read them) as well as a link to the Terms and Conditions at the bottom of the News/Contact Us pages within the cruiser (which are pulled directly from the website).
