Okay so this is getting out of hand. Whoever is doing this has clearly no sense of ethics and I don't see how it will help their business. This will just turn everyone against them.

I will suspend all promotion for Affactive (WinPalace, Titan), AffPartners (Grand Macao Casino), ConanPartners (Conan Casino) until the DDOS attacks against Top Game and AffCoins come to an end. I don't care if I lose money in the process, I don't want anyone to dictate which groups we affiliates should or shouldn't promote. I invite fellow GPWA members to do the same if they work with any of the aforementioned programs.

Till now I didn’t come forward with this information as it was my belief that certain things should not be discussed on internet forums (as CasinoMeister pointed out). Unfortunately as we now all see, TopGame and Rome do not share these beliefs.

Therefore, I have no choice but to make this information public.

It will not surprise you that this entire issue revolves around “players”. As you all know from the past years while working with Affactive enjoyed very high conversion rates and earnings. I will now tell the trick how almost any affiliate program can generate such high and stable results: Simply don’t shave the affiliates.

In Affactive, we never shaved; the option doesn’t exist in our software.
As the data below clearly shows, TopGame and Rome have a system to shave and transfer the players. What they do is untagg (remove the affiliate tracking from the player) with decreasing percentages starting from the top depositors and working their way downwards.

They do this on 2 levels:
1. On the casino brand level: the casino operator clicks “Untagg” in TopGame admin (thus removing the player from the affiliate)



2. On TopGame software level: TopGame on systematic basis allows Rome partners access to the data bases of all their brands. Rome then uses mailers, phone calls and all possible advertising techniques, including 3rd parties, transferring those players (which are tagged to affiliates in other brands) to Rome partners without the affiliate tag.



We have discovered it awhile ago and requested several times from TopGame management to not allow Rome partners this rogue behavior towards operators and affiliates. Unfortunately, as you can see in the screenshots posted by “Dave/Scott” they have not changed their ways. This type of behavior has earned TopGame and Rome partners more than a handful of enemies.

Furthermore, I was contacted through one of my acquaintances and provided the below screenshots and messages, that clearly showing that TopGame and Rome Partners are the people behind the attack on Affactive. "image's + Full Chat log will be in the end of my post"

Again, I didn’t want it to come to this, but I’m sure you will agree that shaving players from your affiliates and from your white label and then attacks you after being confronted on these matters, is unacceptable.

You will see that Rome Partners have a mathematical system of untagging the players.

- Top VIP 50 depositors: only 16 are tagged to an affiliate – less than 33%.
- The following 100 top depositors: only 63% are tagged to the affiliate.
- The bottom 2000: over 87% is tagged to an affiliate.

That’s not all: as I said, only 16 out of top 50 are tagged to an affiliate. Out of those 16, 8 are tagged to an affiliate that goes by the name CharlesR, but should really be called Josh C, since it’s a pseudo affiliate created by Rome Partners in order to keep track of certain high roller players that they have stolen from others. Which leaves 8 players out of top 50 that are still tagged to an affiliate = 16%.

What these numbers mean in $: Out the $7,197,000 of deposits (during the specific time frame of this report), only $2,250,000 are tracked to the affiliates. $5 Millions have been shaved from affiliates and operators.

When will people wake up and realise that both of these groups (and plenty more like them) are not worth doing business with if you're after sustainable earnings. $000s CPA? Are you telling me they make a decent enough profit from the players you send them without untagging them and/or cross-selling them to another platform where you don't make your ridiculous 50%+ revenue share earnings?

I'm pretty much fed up of affiliates passing any semblance of business in the direction of these people and then being shocked and amazed when it all goes so ingloriously tits up.

It's time to wise the f**k up and ditch these affiliate programs, people. Until affiliates do this, these joke affiliate programs are going to win. It's just a delightfully amusing and fortunate event for them to air their shared deviance so very publicly on an industry forum.

I've just gotten off the phone with TopGame/Rome and he claims that the screenshots posted at GPWA are bogus, and he's going to prove it. He's going to be showing us how anyone can make up a bogus chat session at Skype via another posting or a YouTube video.

The same thing with the shaving accusations. He says they are bogus as well.
