It's not a matter of courtesy, it's a matter of time. Unfortunately my day has only 24 hours and I've already took 16 hours and 49 minutes of it working. (Not that I am blaming you for my working hours, before you get that idea)
Sounds almost as if you were trying to educate me. Please don't. I only had the chance to respond after talking to all the affected members (or most of them)
In a company we follow procedures, we investigate, we gather information and only then, we act accordingly.

From all casinos, that are on the list, I can't escape the feeling that this is one of your last big affiliates, and each day that passes, is a good day for you.

Your problem is, that after infiltrating a trouble-maker into GPWA to discredit a competitor the (no longer existing) credibility of your program changed into predictability of your actions.

The next problem is, that you can't behave as if you don't know anything about this cyber crime of the hacker because you replied.

And now I will tell you your biggest problem:

In latest 5 weeks from today no casino on the list, that was informed about the situation and have read it, have any excuses, because the easiest way to stop the hacker is to stop payment. If he will not receive one cent, then he will remove the banner.

Indeed, he will remove the banner, and if your casino banner is still online in 5 weeks from today, then this is a conclusive evidence, that you are working hand in hand with this criminal. Then, in this moment GPWA and the industry can't deny these proven complicity, and if you have not enough time to sleep in the moment ... don't worry, in 5 weeks with (!) your casino banner on the hacker's websites you can sleep the whole day, because everyone will virtually tar and feather your program and chase it out of town.

I understand your concern and will explain you the reason:

Five weeks, for the avoidance of doubts regarding the guilt. Payments will be sent out monthly. Sending a payment to a criminal after it was brought to the attention, that the earnings are assets of criminal origin, can happen by human error (popular excuse) once but never twice.

The example with your closed referral link (http://affiliates.affpower.com/proce...099b_1076&aid=) is a revealing feature, and you are right, there is nothing to discuss and nothing to investigate by AffPower.

Gameman, you are right: If AffPower is not working willful hand in hand with the criminal, they have to close the hacker's referral link immediately, and indeed it takes only a minute!

Latest in 4 weeks and 6 days, if the banner still remains, the links still are active, I will make an official request to GPWA to close all accounts of AffPower here in this forum, because I don't believe, that GPWA will protect criminals, who are unequivocally guilty of aiding serious computer fraud on a commercial basis.

The AffPower case is different from the others.

Fernanda was online yesterday AFTER I wrote the "5 weeks post". So there is no question, that she have read it, and there is no excuses like "I don't know anything about anything.".

A PM with a notification about the existence of this post and the prior one from yesterday here in this thread goes to Anthony and Michael.

Perhaps they can ask Fernanda via any communication ways, why AffPower don't cut the connection (closing the criminal's referral link), because it's proven by the "gameman-scenario", that from the technical view this can be done as quick and easy as opening a bottle of milk.

AffPower is no longer sponsor of GPWA, but have still at least one active account, and GPWA should not be a hostel for (possible) organized crime.

It is not that bad at all he is doing is selling PPC traffic to Affpower.

They like to down play this ............... brush it under the carpet.........we are the ones that are complaining are nothing but a pain in the A.......come one it is business for us dudes !

Ok guys so here are a couple of things I've been doing in addition to trying to get rid of an unsustained complaint.

We've contacted the mentioned affiliate as well as Anthony and The Pogg who contacted us on a first place. We are investigating the issue and so far we found that we are only receiving PPC traffic from this affiliate.

Our http referrals show that the only traffic that arrived to our sites is coming from verifiedcasinos and exclusively from PPC activity since the PPC reports match our own Income Access reports.

In addition to this, I can say that the affiliate was more than helpful when contacted.

I've also contacted some other affiliate managers regarding this to know what actions were taken if any. Many of these people are personal friends and ex co-workers so I assume we speak freely around this matter.

We will continue to investigate the issue and any new update should be posted by me on this thread.

On 8. September I pointed out your 3 big problems in this thread.

Today the 4th problem appears on the horizon, and now we have to think about that you perhaps also have been exposed as notorious liar.
