Betfred

I am recommending that Betfred be removed from GPWA. Please see this thread:

Their staff are CHOOSING to ignore our threads and our e-mails and offering no service whatsoever.

I can't see any reason for Betfred to retain their forum at GPWA.

Betfred don't even run the Betfrd online arm I gather. They sold the thing, and I certainly don't know who to.

Virtual Casino group for all we know.

I know that BetFred's have recently put a new marketing team in place and will be looking to improve on these things that they know have hurt their reputation in the past. But Rome wasn't built in a day and it can sometimes take a while to turn the ship around.

Whilst I'm not familiar with the individual issues I do know some of the key people who have recently moved to Fred's and they are very experienced in the industry.

Rakesh, in particular, is a guy you can trust.

I'm certain that they'll be looking to change perceptions of the company and take it forward.

Well, quite a bit of new info there. The Betfred online dept was pretty rubbish. Martyn did his best with it but it went rapidly downhill after he left.

Even now, I was told current staff were at LAC and knew full well of my e-mails to them. They haven't bothered to reply.

You can answer in a public forum, they can't answer a private email, and they work there.

Well, Betfred just reorganized again and broke the new online marketing team, not such a good move, they are going to focus only on sports , let see what happens
