Nope, the stats are not up to date and yes, I already reached out to that email, which usually responds with generic answers just like you did here. I also messaged the account manager over Skype who confirmed that there was a problem and raised a ticket for that. That was two weeks ago and nothing has happened since then.

There have been stats issues on a regular basis since the day I joined BGA in 2020 and eventually you always get them fixed. However, saying that everything is okay when it is not is really frustrating.

Once the issues have been fixed, I will gladly update this topic with positive news.
