Bingomania - Avoid

We have been an affiliate of bingomania for few years. This past year 2016, we received one payment in July 2016, and that was it. They say processing issues. They have since been avoiding our emails. We are due June 2016 - Feb 2017. Yes there sites are coming off, was trying to give them benefit of doubt and work with them. Not anymore!! Stewart, Babs and this guy Mark have not been replying to us. We need help in getting our back pay. We did notice on there website that players are withdrawing and guessing they getting there funds. There affiliate website has been down for months with no explanation. Anyone else having these issues with bingomania? Are there any other affiliates out there not getting paid? They certainly went completely down hill. Stay Away!!

Hope you and We get our backpay due to this thread!! Moses was so nice in the beginning and easy to deal with. Since he left with no notice and there affiliate site down with no notice and no reply to emails and no payment whatsoever is beyond words. Babs, Stewart and this Mark guy are just thieves like you said. But, we WILL get our earnings, if i have anything to do with it!!

The Day I posted my complaint about Bingomania they surprisingly emailed me. This is what they said:

transfer soon. I'll follow up as soon as I have
confirmation from accounting. Thank you

Since then i have emailed them twice with NO RESPONSE!! We know how much we are due from June through November. We have been asking, oh lets say 8 times now, what we earned from Dec, Jan and Feb, and they will not tell us. We are constantly getting silent treatment as not one person is replying to our emails (Babs, Stewart and Mark). We also suggested as they have our wire details if they don't want to send payment that way they can send via neteller or bitcoin, Still no response. Seriously One Payment in 2016 is pathetic, unprofessional, and shows how much they Don't Care About There Affiliates!! We stated we want our Money ASAP, NOT "soon" like they stated. Will keep posting on here until this is settled. We will be asking the GPWA to issue a warning to affiliates regarding bingomania.

On another note, we have been unpaid $xxx,000.00 this past twelve months by processors. Until we some of these payments are made you will not be paid anything further. If we do not get the money, then you do not get the money. It is very easy to understand.

In one of your emails you found it curious that we would pay our players before we pay you. Yes, we absolutely will pay our players because without our players we have nothing. It isn’t the players fault though that we didn’t get the money. The players did actually pay the money and we will honor that. yea, and guess who sent those players, probably most from us!!

You on the other hand must be incredibly naïve or maybe just stupid, if you do not understand that the US government does everything they can to stop US players from enjoying playing with sites like mine. (HE IS CALLING US STUPID AND NAIVE, SERIOUSLY, THEN DON'T LET USA PLAYERS PLAY AT YOUR SITE!! )If you think that you will get paid while I do not get paid, then please feel free to continue to write your useless emails and continue to write news sites. I have been doing good business for 17 years. 17 years of staying online while the US illegally does everything they can to stop us. I have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars over the past 13 years funding Antigua’s effort at the WTO and winning our case against the US. You on the other hand want everything for nothing. You assume that this has nothing to do with you because you are a parasite. Believe me though when I tell you, if we don’t get paid, you don’t get paid. The more I chew on "Stuart's" words, the more irritated I'm becoming on your behalf.

"Stew's" decision to remain open, situated in Antigua, and servicing US players with the assistance of an affiliate program was his decision. Right or wrong, the US Government took their stand and while WTO has came out very much against the US position, this relationship is still quite difficult. It is a higher risk business model.

With that in mind, they made a conscious decision to remain focused on the US market and to do so with the partnership of affiliates. They cannot rightfully abandon ship and no pay their affiliate partners when the pendulum moves towards the negative side of the risk spectrum and a processor gets pinched. I'm sure such a thing is frustrating for them but to call you a parasite because you want your due compensation for doing your job is unacceptable. It is also telling of his real position.

It is my opinion that even if they get their act together and make right with you, they should be permanently blacklisted anyway, as it is clear they do not value the relationship that has kept them afloat for the "17 years" they are so proud of.

To be honest I'm surprised that Stuart has taken this stance. We worked with Stuart from the very very early days and always found him to be one of the good guys. Obviously the US-facing market has got harder and harder, and as Shay quite rightly says he's running a very high risk model. 'You swim with sharks you're going to get bitten'. But it's still no reason for Stuart to respond as he has.

Us parasites received a payment, although still 3 months short. Will see how long takes to pay rest.
