This week I have started a new plan. The exercise plan is called 6.12.25 and it is where you do 3 different exercises on the same muscle group with no rest, the first 6 reps, second 12 reps, and the last 25 reps. It is supposed to help with strength, growth and endurance of the muscles all at once. I had a bit of a set back this week. On Sunday night just before bed my face was a bit red and a little swollen. When I woke up on Monday I'd had an anaphylactic reaction to something, no idea what, and my face was the size of a balloon. I looked like I had been repeatedly punched in the face. This morning I did hamstrings and shoulders. As I'm doing GVT at the moment, my workout consisted of 10 sets/10 reps of prone (lying) hamstring curls and BB shoulder press. At the end of it, I had to do 3 sets/10 reps of Pelvis Thrusts with a BB and DB Lat Raises. Needless to say, on my way walking over to the area to complete this second part of my workout holding a 20kg barbell, I vomited in my mouth a little bit. Thank goodness it was only BCAA water.
