This week I have started a new plan.
The exercise plan is called 6.12.25 and it is where you do 3 different exercises on the same muscle group with no rest, the first 6 reps, second 12 reps, and the last 25 reps. It is supposed to help with strength, growth and endurance of the muscles all at once. Yesterday was my first session with this plan and I quite liked it, although I did back and shoulders which I do enjoy anyway.

Tomorrow I'll be doing arms and Saturday I will be doing legs. Every day has abs too.

Intervals are still twice a week and 2 walks per week, possibly increasing either of these to 3 per week depending on how quickly the fat starts to drop from my umbilical and legs.

My food has reduced slightly for the next 3 weeks too. Less 100g of protein per day and less 150g of carbs per day. I have also moved now to no carb days on my rest days and 1 high carb day per week.
This will be my last cheat meal this weekend and since it was my birthday on the weekend my friends have booked my favourite restaurant as a belated birthday dinner.

I had a biosig 2 weeks ago now and the results were great. I am down to 19.7% bodyfat now. The goal is 16% and with 5 weeks to go it looks like I'll make it just in time.

I ordered my bikini last week which is getting sent today. I got some photos of it yesterday and it's so pretty. I can't wait to receive it!
