Buying links from fiver is not only "throwing money out of the window" but it can actually hurt your site. It can still work for tier 2 link building but I would never link to my main site. Many of the so called "High DR" sellers post links via spam methods and links can get removed at some point.

You have to buy links from sites who are usually not selling links - end email to web admin and ask to buy. Don't buy from sites who are made only for this purpose .

Backlinks on rendom sites are not worthy. You have to pick related blogs to your niche and then start building links. That make sense. I won some gambling blogs and getting offers for guest posts from home gardening, real estate, shopping and more niche, but i deny their offers. If nothing is related to your niche that spoil your blogs. I always accept content and links from gambling category only.

I disagree with this to a degree.

If it is a "trusted" seller, paying before the link is published is not a problem. Many site owners may have a policy to not publish the link before it is paid. (do YOU publish links before they are paid?)

The other side of that coin is also that if it is a "trusted" buyer, publishing before payment should not be an issue either.

There is a fairly long list of GPWA Members (sellers) that if I were looking to buy links I would not hesitate to pay in advance depending on timing, but there are some I would not. Same goes with buyers, some I would some I would not.

Buying on fiverr, nope, I prefer working directly with the site owners.

There are different ways and ways to optimize your site. Including buying/getting more authoritative backlinks. But since 2011, there is an official Panda filter from Google, which monitors and problems with abnormal speed of resource development. And if they are, the filter removes the site from the search list for search queries.
In this case, the filter checks the quality of the content itself on the pages of the site. And if it is not the best, which, by the way, is often neglected by young sites, then "be in trouble".

Therefore, the most confident advice that can be given now, is to really deal with the quality of content on your resource. Over time, when this component will be established, you can begin to deal with optimization.
Although I also believe that Fiverr is not the most reliable site for seo-purchases.

I have worked with some websites (not English, but "small language" - less than 10M speakers) and first I thought also, that because of lower competitions, even Fiverr links and (in any "big language") are better than nothing.

So I tried Fiverr and noticed I was wrong. It was quite a waste of time and a number of really bad links can even cause opposite effect. Never try to buy a huge amount of links for small money, it's not the way world works.

Being honest I can say, that I had even one positive experience, while link insertion (bought from Fiverr) worked pretty fine. Just there is a big problem - finding good quality links and sellers in Fiverr and similar portals takes a lot of time and more efficient way is to spend it searching links yourself.

Well now that you are a GPWA Members, just deal directly with site owners and skip the middle man and brokers.

If you can review the quality of the work, by all means go for it!
Don't expect any magic. You are paying money to someone who does a little bit of SEO you or your team could do yourself.
If you like the results you are getting, by all means keep doing it. Luckily, if you do not get what you want, Fiver oftentimes has a refund option.
It's all about the price/results ration. I think it can be good if you find the right people!

I would not advise this to be your primary or even secondary tactic. I think backlinks on Fiverr can be a cheap supplementary route from time to time, but focus on quality link building first and foremost, either by yourself or an experienced linkbuilder.

That is a bit of an oxymoron honestly. IMO

User generated should be independent, and unbiased.
To "pay" for such backlinks immediately cancels BOTH of those premises and are nothing but FALSE paid for links, such as a paid for review or "paid for" testimonials.

No reason to "pay" for testimonials or user generated as you can just as easily just post fake ones since the paid for ones will be just as fake.

Can you hire folks on fiverr to create false testimonials that the sites they put such testimonials on that will be marked ugc? Sure.

But I think it would make more sense to purchase such a link on a GPWA member's site that may well rank on similar topics or possibly work out exchanges between site owners with links etc that might be marked as such.

I have never bought a link on fiver. Generally there is not a single link to my site. I do not focus on this. I just write unique articles and try to make the UX good.
Without links you can also run an interesting site with a lot of interesting unique content.

I think the DA authority of your website won't get high though.
Buying backlinks from Fiverr is not recommended.

PS. You can establish your website with over methods though. But you need to be way good and patient with writing stuff.

Don't make the mistake, unless you want spammy backlinks. 99% of people on Fiverr have never been related to this type of niche.

Many fewer "experts" will be found on fiver.

Although there are many that call themselves seo experts, and they go to fiver to buy links for their clients, thinking that is an "expert" method.
