I really don't like to gamble however it is a great experience to play and test any available free game. There are some really beautiful websites, gorgeous animations and it's really a lot of fun even if you are not spending money on them.

i just saw this answer and it needs updating. I do go to land casinos and play some games for money but not for the money. I play very small stakes and play for the rush. Sometimes when I am at a land casino (usually go every 3 months), I place a few sports bets. Besides UFC, I don't watch much sports. When I bet on it, it makes watching the game fun. Again, I bet very low stakes and do not do it for the money. There have been times where I have won and I donated it to one of my favorite charities.

I answered this in 2015 lol. Since then I like gambling in person. Sometimes we take a vacation to a casino and I Love Slots, especially James Bond. However, I like blackjack and roulette plus I like placing a few sports bets. I don't do it for the money, I like gambling because it makes the games more fun. In my opinion, thats the way it should be.

I do it about the same way like you. It's important to control yourself when playing in a casino. And as long as we just play small stakes every 2 or 3 months I think it's ok. If I hit a jackpot I don't celebrate too much because I know it's all one long gambling session in life and bad luck will come back on other days.

It's very rare for me to spend money on slots, but I love playing them for free. I'm particularly fond of the sound effects in the modern games.

I might bet once or twice during a big tournament, just to make it more interesting and emotional to watch, but I would never engage in long-term betting because I know how it works.

I think that the betting on big tournaments can add an extra layer of excitement and emotion to the experience of watching. It's like a way to amplify the thrill of the game. However, I agree that long-term betting can be quite different. It involves a deeper understanding of how the betting world operates and the potential risks associated with it. It's great to have a clear perspective on what you're comfortable with.

In the past, I worked in Malta and was deeply involved in the iGaming industry. Despite my professional involvement, I was never personally inclined toward gambling. In fact, I spent a considerable amount of time learing about Responsible Gaming instead, knowledge that I then applied in my role as a VIP Manager.

I've always believed that being responsible towards your customers not only retains them for a longer period but also maximizes revenue from each customer over time. However, I must say that, for me, visiting land-based casinos has always been a more enjoyable experience.

I think as long as you play responsibly and within your limits, there is no harm in gambling.

Hello everyone. I love casino games. It's like a hobby. I work as a UX/UI for a gambling site and I am very passionate about this industry.

I used to gamble, mostly online. No one is going to believe me, though back in 2016 when bitcoin was below $1k I won 7btc on a 2btc on election day on betmoose on the latest wager they had that went into early results, was like a gimme, then I had a slot heater(this is after previous years where I had lost like $10k in a year chasing slots). I hit a $20k bonus on a big bet with the 7btc, win then I doubled down and hit a massive bonus round on max bet, hundreds of BTC(max bets were literally .5 BTC, as in a half a whole bitcoin, a whole lot of mBit, so basically $250-$500 a spin, hit for like $250k). I proceeded to lose 30% of that, nearly 6 figures worth before I cashed out in about an hour thinking I'd hit again. If I held all my bitcoin I'd be retired with 8 figures. Whoops. I was blowing money like crazy, $20k vacations, all sorts of stuff. Traveled the world and didn't work for like a year and half, endless fancy restaurants, a started little biz venture, ran out of money.

Since then I've gambled again and most the time when I did even if I won decent I'd bet bigger hoping to get another big one max betting slots like I did in 2016, when you get insanely lucky it tricks your mind into thinking it can happen again, and I'd lose. I before making my current website, the other year I had a personal referral to a casino and he got hooked and I'd make a few hundred to $1k a month off that one person. When I'd get that commission(that casino pays into player balance rather than using a separate site for their affiliate program), a lot of times I'd gamble and lose it. I stopped doing that, because unlike the old days I needed the money.

Since then I've quit all together.

I like playing the free demos, and seems those are often true to the RTP, can refresh the page again and again and see how easy it is to blow a demo balance at max bet, and puts it in perspective better. Might have a profitable session, but a vast majority of the time will blow through the whole balance. And even on demo mode I never really hit like I did that one time(it was on endorphina jetsetter, got massive multis in the bonus including the 500x combine with other big ones, literally almost never happens, your lucky to get the 20x in that game, would be like hitting the 1000x on topdollar at the casino). After the combination of being broke for awhile, and playing on demo mode to see game bonuses and really processing how long it can take to get the big hits sometimes, I just became adverse to gambling and don't feel tempted anymore at all. I do like the games though, I could see myself gambling again but in an in person casino with just a few hundred dollars and having a few drinks. I watch TheBigJackpot, Vegas Matt, Vegas Low Roller, Mr Handpay etc, even those guys that play every day high limit never hit $250k wins like I did and are definitely down overall much more than that and they play wayyyyy more than I can imagine so it helped put into perspective like dumb astronomically lucky I got that once, and after blowing that type of money as much fun as I had I now have matured and don't want to risk what I get anymore.

True story. My website is still just over two months old and I got just as much of a rush of my first FTD (which was tiny, must have been no min because they legit played like round of one dice game for $1) as a big win. So thats my focus now, getting the rush from affiliate referalls. In highschool(I'm 31 now), I did amazing niche affiliate marketing on YT(when YT was like new, 2007-2008, I was just 15 and clickbank had software and movie download sites, could just make short spammy testimonials was so easy, not anymore), was like shooting fish in a barrel back then. Have done well in a few niches with a few methods since then, though nothing long term. I wish I just did blog back then. Oh well, I did now and plan on maintaining it long term even if no results right away as I feel like it's viable long term if you create enough quality(well I hope).

Anyway, seeing a new affiliate commission > hitting a win gambling (especially for the most part with gambling hitting that win is just breaking even or not even, that feeling is yucky and gets old, but as an affiliate it's motivation because I get how gamblers think and I don't feel bad about it either because that's all greed driven).

    Cool Yes, I do

Yes, I do indulge in a bit of gambling every now and then. For me, it's more about the thrill and entertainment rather than trying to make a profit. I set strict limits and never bet more than I can afford to lose. It's all about responsible gaming, in my opinion.

There's something about the strategic aspect of these games that really appeals to me. Plus, it's a great way to socialize and meet new people, especially in live games.

However, I'm always cautious and make sure to take regular breaks. It's important to know when to stop and not let it get in the way of other responsibilities.

Yes its a good experience for me.
