I did ask him that almost a week ago and yes, yesterday I did get a reply, just not an answer to that question yet.

Like I asked again in an email just now, I find it hard to "get" how an overall revshare (percentage-wise) can be more than CUT IN HALF by a group of players, that consists of around 5% of active players.

Can you answer that ? Do basic mathematic formulas not apply to Bwin..?

Its obvious Bwin is shaving off affiliates here after 3 years. They know it. We know it, and I dont think it needs to be argued - IT IS FACT. 5% rule must be removed from the bewinners program or they will continually be deemed Rogued and Predatory or either one depending on what site you look at.


Since the head is on vacation not much can be done - since Mallai only answers to Gerhard who is still on vacation.

I think you get the picture how they operate!

and the funny thing about account managers is, that they are useless if they don't answer for now 2 months, also if you sent him 4 emails during this time.

We (affiliates) certainly know how to calculate so...

You have chosen to cut commission to 5% for players older than 3 years. Dont tell me that this is some random figure, it is intentionally calculated to give you as much $ for as little uproar as it gets.

5% cut after 3 years is the comfort point that you have chosen and calculated based on financial simulations you made.

50-75% drop in commisions experienced especially by longtime time partners shows one thing: you are stealing from us from the players that should be considered of the highest quality as they still play after 3 years.

You are also lowering our commissions by making us pay for bonuses (that roll over to next month) given to your customers. This one is also a really nice kick in the ass and it doesnt get discussed much.

So, after several years of helping you build "the greatest brand" and sending thousand of players, many of highest quality you "reward" us and do what...?
There is only one way to make things right and you at bwin know what that is. And for fucks sake, fire your PR department already.

I know "mallai" is a nice and a friendly guy so if you are being instructed to respond in vague, arogant and evasive manner just say so...
