Sorry dassad but everyone is entitled to an opinion. If you want to support them, great. If you want to stick up for them even though they're ripping you off, great. But you will be in the minority and other affiliates will speak their minds.

The **** storm over Bwin's new retroactive and predatory terms is just beginning. Stay tuned!

Yeah thats right, everybody has his opinion and it's important to share it with others and to fight for your opinion and your true.

I want to say only that i don't understand that if someone don't likes an affiliate program why he must to blame that in public. Walk away and find a program that is better for you.

I don't know why you peoples are fighting here on the forum against the bwin's TOS. I don't think that this is the right way for it. If you want to do it than do it with brain. What you can make against bwin's TOS here on the forum, or if you post your opinion on your website. Not mallai, or not other affiliate managers have caused this so step up, and try to fight against the bigger persons at bwin.

At least this is what i think, i support them while for me works good, and i don't tell anybody "to sign up while it's so cool" but you and others are saying to "DON'T SIGN UP SINCE IS A THIEF". This is what i see. And now I'm don't talking about you thepokerkeep , since i see that this is your job and you do it really good

I don't think anyone has any concern whatsoever if you wish to promote bwin dassad. Go right ahead.

The Gambling Portal Webmaster Association will continue to share information and have each others back over things like this because it has a domino effect. It's kind of what we do.

To walk away and say nothing is usually not an option. You can continue here and are certainly welcome to. Or, you can also walk away.

    Best of luck to you.

Seems that you don't understand what i want to say... However as i sayd i promote and support them because for me converts and really good and i don't say to everybody to do so, this is only my opinion as you have your own opinion to.

But this situation is the same here so probably you will understand this time what i want to say at least if you want.

Now I'm fighting against (at least) 2 really appreciated members of GPWA. The question is that will i have any success? NO and i do it, don't matters if i know that i fight for nothing i i don't will win and if i still win i still win nothing.

You do the same thing, you are fighting against bwin, don't know how much power this forum has and will this have any effect but i think that this don't will have any effect. The one single thing that this forum can do against bwin's TOS as i see now is only to delete them from the sponsors and from the forum. So what you win? (correct me if I'm wrong but i think that the forum has power only for this against bwin). So you are fighting for nothing and probably you don't will win but you are still fighting and if you win than you still win nothing.

Huh... However I don't really want to make some bad feelings in you abut me or bwin, it's ok so that everybody has his opinion. So i close this discussion for now

Helping to change the industry for the better and helping to make sure new or unsuspecting affiliates don't sign up with programs that are set up to rip them off should be everyone's job.

Since Bwin has decided to rip off their affiliates by making retroactive and predatory changes to their terms, I hope every affiliate in this industry speaks out against them.

My mission now is to dominate Google for every Bwin and bewinners term that affiliates will use to find them and make sure they are aware of these ugly terms. I hope other affiliates make this their mission as well.

I also know there are always going to be affiliates who will continue to promote Bwin for various reasons and I'm ok with that. We all have to earn a living here so we each must decide what is best for our own businesses. No hard feelings.

I think that the best method for fighting against bwins TOS id to go to BAC and make a petition there, with as many affiliates as are on BAC and give it in the bwin team's face

With this i helped you anti bewinner's , so you don't can have any hard feelings :P

    Dear all!

We regret that a matter-of-fact discussion with a small group of affiliates is not possible at the moment. As a consequence we shut down the bewinner Facebook appearance for the time being.

We are pleased to keep you informed and will be back with our bewinner Facebook service and discussion panel soon.

    Kind regards

    bewinners

A discussion would be possible, if bewinners would start to answer simple questions, instead of referring us to our affiliate managers, who always answer "hey, I didn`t make the rules, there is nothing I can do".

    Like this one:

The 3-year 5%-rule was put in effect to "not have affiliates rely on old players", yet you insist, that only 5% of players stay active that long.

Now: How COULD we rely on these players, when supposedly they are mostly (95%) gone after 3 years ?

One more info - I've seen that you are some kind of bwin pr statesman, am I right? In case I am not right, could you please tell me who you are?

    Thank you.

Well, my income is now at 33% and my expectation is to be 50% lower at the end of the month. Not to mention that I have 29% commission so I am expected next month to be even lower.

Stats are now working but I haven't talked to anyone who is at his approx. level of income.

Like bwin says, we will se the last day of the month but in every case, I am done with bwin promotion under these terms and would warn others for it.

Hey Dino and others - I will have a forum discussion group going real soon where we can discuss topics such as decreased commissions, terms and conditions, some polls and various professional stuff to talk about as a whole group. I know GPWA is a big group but there are simply tons of affiliates that are not aware of core issues and this forum will cover everything.

No censorship, purely open to all who want to learn and post. PM me guys and i will let you know when its open with URL..

The absolute kicker is, that on some days, the following can (and will) happen...

    - a positive net hold, yet the commission is negative, meaning the new players won, the older ones lost, one example: net hold: 2.100€ --> commission MINUS 3€

    - a negative revshare, that is almost the entire negative net hold, example: net hold: minus 223€ --> revshare: minus 213€

To add fuel to the fire, with Bwin it is clear why older players are more on the losing side, because if they would be winners, they would have been limited already.

My overall revshare percentage now sits at 11%...

Yes yes. This is how it works.

Lets say you have normally 25% rev share.

Player 4 years old -- he wins $1000 - you are charged $250 neg rev share..

Player 4 year old - he looses $1000 - you gain $50 pos rev share.

In this case affiliates are taken on the burden of winning risks much more then then they did before plus a reduction of 20% commission.

This often happens with bonuses - i seen this recent where a program does not pay for side games (not in terms and conditions). Here is how it works.

Player deposits and gets $100 bonus (example) you are automatically deducted $25 for the bonus he took. He proceeds to blow his whole stack on side games rather then poker (he game in on poker tracker). He losses his initial deposit plus the bonus in side games. You are stuck -$25. Because they do not calculate any side game rev.

Its getting more pathetic each day with programs that anything can be done to shave off in the most severe unethical ways.

I am getting reports - not one source indicates a postive stance to this bewinners program. NOT A SINGLE ONE.

Were not only paying for bonuses - but being reduced in revenue - but certainly paying the reg fees when players win. There is no 3 year rule on that one..

Well, GFPC, you forgot that they have many positive reactions, just no one yet knows who they are

Bwin simply gets funny with this issues, not to mention bad community management as last bad move. Bwin can't shut up that 'Small group of affiliates' so it shut downs the whole Facebook group instead of restricting as we all know that by restricting you can administrate potential problems.

And I wish for all of you, not to talk to your aff managers in private messages, like they wish so please talk publicly about all of your issues, thoughts, etc.
