This is obviously an affiliate who set up a forum similar to belosers.com - for the purpose of dissing bewinners.

I copied this from their introduction thread:

    New bewinners forum

    Postby Boardadmin » Fri Nov 19, 2010 12:45 am
    Dear fellows!

The launch of bewinners in early October brought significant changes to the old affiliate program of bwin:

    - For users who are members since three years or more you get only a 5% commission.

    - If you do not acquire new paying actives for three months, your account will be closed and you will lose all commissions.

    - The statistics tool was activated only three weeks after the launch of bewinners. Then for some days appeared completely wrong data. Now again the statistics tool has been made unavailable since a week.

    - The commission for October was moved to the wallet with a significant delay. Then there were only a few days to create an invoice and to demand your money. Since a week the wallet is unavailable again. Too bad, if you did not request your money in time.

The list could still be expanded considerably. The fact is that many affiliates of bwin are now disappointed and upset. They are expressing their opinion loudly with the result that the Facebook page of bewinners has been closed again after receiving too many bad comments from affiliates.

We are an affiliate of bwin like you are, and we think that there must be a way to exchange views in an independent forum with other affiliates, to share experiences together and to give each other tips and assistance.

Therefore we have set up such a forum and hope that you will participate actively, too. Maybe we can cause a lot in this way. In any case, we hope that we will do.

There is a German and an English version with in our opinion the most important and most interesting categories where you can place your articles, polls and comments. In order to avoid disadvantages for all affiliates, the whole forum is of course completely discreet and anonymous. Nevertheless, we expect a fair and serious exchange of views.

no, the fraud with this stupid fake-forum is the fault of the owner of this. simple at all. doesn't change anything about bwin and their cheating, but they are not fault for this one.

just want to say that I don't like when somebody is hunting for profit in this case. and using their name to look like their official forum is just something I don't like. maybe only my opinion. belosers is a clear thing what it is about

Agreed. If the owner/admin is going to monetize the forum, it's definitely wrong. Plus - bewinners will no doubt claim copyright infringement and have the forum shut down soon.

A good idea in principal if done correctly but probably badly executed and poorly thought out.

    Why worry about this cheater?
    This here is true:

    - For users who are members since three years or more you get only a 5% commission.

    - If you do not acquire new paying actives for three months, your account will be closed and you will lose all commissions.

    with or without that forum

why should I ignore an other cheater? just because there is a bigger cheater?

Wow - i took a couple hours rest and so many posts!!

Just so everyone knows - Belosers.com was created solely to educate affiliates and the industry about the predatory terms and conditions. There is absolutely no financial gain at all in this site. I want to make that fully clear.

As an affiliate I had/have great concerns with this particular case because I believe strongly Bwin being the huge company they are can lead the way to followers - other programs that may step up and try and copy their ways.

I struggled when making the decision to put this site online because I always liked Bwin so much - they were one of my favorite programs and I respected them 100% and was loyal.

When they turned around and stabbed us all in the back - it hurt me and many hundreds of affiliates and I could not sit and just let it happen.

I chose the name for a reason - the direct opposite to Bewinners! It was thought out and I wanted something catchy that would attract attention and yet not break any copyright infringement.

Terry (The PokerKeep) spend a number of hours helping me and he write the
page on the predatory terms here. He spend allot of time working on it and i am greatful..

    http://www.belosers.com/predatory_terms.php

The rest of site my partner put together real quick - because we wanted to get it online during the initial part of the relaunch.

I added forum just to post updates and various things related to their terms.
It is still in the making and of course along the way will be improved to benefit all the affiliates who have been negatively affected by the new bewinners program.

But i want to make it clear - no financial gain will ever come from the site. I do not operate that way at all. In fact I have spent a large sum of money buying content and press releases and getting links to point to the domain as to try and get into the google serps for keywords.

And i will continue to invest my money, time, energy in this matter until Bwin decides to play fairball with affiliates. And i will continue as much as i can to invest in this site for the affiliates best interest at heart! I truly and honestly am doing this for every affiliate out there!

Anyways i felt it was required I at least explain why i put this site online - its a work to be continued as long as Bwin continues the predatory ways.

If by chance Bwin comes clean - the site will reflect that as well. It will not be left to die. We will always share honest information. So if bwin wants to come clean and stop the predatory ways we will certainly share this on the site as well which i am sure will help them, As this site gets a good deal of traffic and is doing well in google especially in Austria

There may come a time we use this site to expose other programs as well. and the site is open to affiliate who wants to share....

Oh I know!! I did not think that at all mate!!

I just thought it was a good time to explain why Belosers.com was made.

Sort of like the right time to explain - know what i mean?

Some people may be curious why i put the effort into it with my time energy and finance.. so i just felt I wanted to explain!!

But also to share its the work of many people - allot of people are involved in it really who do cross linking, press releases, writing.

In fact i got some free press releases today -and other writers are starting to offer free links and stuff. So it really is a community effort!

I totally did not think you were at all criticizing it - no worries!!

Another amazing thing here is affiliates cant get paid now. We have no access to our wallet system from the back end. The system is not working again.

    No Stats
    No access to Wallet

Also to note balances from September cannot be added to the current system.
You need to send an invoice for those and wait the regular 25-30 days.

Been trying to sort this for 2 weeks now. Been told (no fault of AM) that they are separate. Oh my what a mess.

I hope Bwin sees the video.

Were still waiting on those terms and conditions! Bwin please supply them. Please fix your stats to work properly, please stop the predatory practices and become affiliate friendly again

Please watch APCW Weekly!! Here!! this will only get worse for you.

You can only get so many kicks in the Chin!

Default Accepting Payment from these Crooks

If an affiliate decides to collect payment under the current terms & conditions would that not mean acceptance of the current terms?

Affiliates were required to agree to the new terms about a week before the transfer over to the new system. I asked and was told if you do not agree then your contract with them is terminated - any current players and everything in your account would be terminated.

    Hi all,

bewinners is a new program with new T&Cs.
Therefore your earnings that you generated before October are still settled via the old payment process - but it doesn't take you more than one email sent to your Account Manager and eveything is carried out reliably.

We furthermore want to inform you that your October earnings are available in your wallet now. Pleae generate your October invoice to reveive your payments.

Last week an unforeseen technical issue arose due to which we had to deactivate the wallet function.
Please accept our apologies and rest assured that we are focusing all resources available on solving the problem.
<OThe wallet function is now available again, which means you can generate your invoice if you have not already done so.
<OYour account manager is happy to support you in any way needed.

    Food for thought:

Well, stats are back up after almost 2 weeks. Starting November, I got a special deal with these guys to try to make up for the huge losses on my end. Now after 3 weeks; turns out, that was nothing more than a drop in the bucket, hardly worth mentioning.

I calculated, that my current numbers can only be correct, if...

    *drumroll, please*

60% of all revenues are generated by 3year-plus customers !

60% coming from a group, that per Gerhard Falb at the conference in Budapest, consists of only 5% of all active customers...

    Sure...
