We will also be pushing this via email and press releases tomorrow leading up to our event and then also at the awards night where people can make pledges and cash donations - we will have a representative from Oxfam there to say a personal thank you so please help us generate as much as possible to make their trip worth it.

So lets take this challenge and show that the iGaming industry cares - When I post the link or you get the email please help get this out to the iGaming sector through any means necessary. I am really excited about this and really believe we can raise a shed load of money!!

West Brom this week, carried the DEC Haiti Fund sponsorship on their shirts for a Sky televised game and will be auctioning them off for the fund along with donating money.

As they are gambling affiliates i spoke to the commercial director regarding Calvin's match of donations and they are going to prove the amount raised for inclusion.

This is great news - Hopefully we can get the details sorted before the awards as we are sorting a big cheque (check if you are American) which I think Becky is going to struggle to lift

Anyway - keep getting the news out _ we spoke with Oxfam this morning and there hasn't been that many donations yet - Please don't delay and even its just the price of a pint it helps!

May be worth someone contacting them as i was only able to point them in the direction of the foundation site.

I can supply the contact info if required. Certainly worthwhile as this will no doubt get good publicity i would imagine.

Maybe they would even supply a shirt with the logo to auction at the awards, not sure?

    Just a few thoughts.

    Default Charity section in CAP

I have been thinking we should have a charity section in GPWA. I believe this forum has been useful in the past in raising money for noble causes. I am sure we all have a bit of money we could put towards this...

Maybe have a monthly or quarterly charity which people can vote on? We do this at our work and it works well....
